Fortunately, its price is also low. - Most of the time in the mansion is spent searching for keys to unlock new areas. - The game contains flashing lights which may not be suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions. [h2]CONCLUSIONS:[/h2] Project Vic has an interesting story, a remarkable horror atmosphere and puzzles that are neither too easy, nor too difficult, making it a perfect game to get started in the genre. Project Vic ist ein Indie-Horror-Game von nur zwei Menschen mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Atmosphäre, Umgebung und Jumpscares sehr bedacht platziert und wunderbar eingesetzt. Das Spiel hat mir ne Menge Freude bereitet, auch die Rätsel und die Story sind interessant und die Jumpscares haben mich ordentlich zum Schreien gebracht, in dem Sinne; well done! Ich freue mich auf den zweiten Teil und kann diesen einfach nur empfehlen! Simple, gut, effektiv und für einen schmalen Taler. Bitte kaufen!

Dies ist ein süßes kleines Indi-Horrorgame. Relativ linear aufgebaut, man kann allerdings auch rumlaufen und Collectables finden, die für den Fortschritt nicht nötig sind. Die Jumpscares sind mega gut gesetzt und wirken nicht übertrieben. Kurz, aber für den Preis kann man einen kleinen Soloentwickler ruhig unterstützen!

Ein sehr tolles Horrorgame mit toller Story. Die Atmosphäre stimmt und die Rätsel sind weder zu einfach, noch zu schwer. Die Musik schafft zusätzlich nochmal ein gruseliges Flair, was einen schaudern lässt. Im Großen und Ganzen - ohne zu viel zu verraten - ein gelungenes Spiel! Wer dem Alltag also kurz entfliehen möchte, kann sich hier definitiv ablenken. Ich würde allerdings raten das Spiel mit Kopfhörern zu spielen, um den Horror zu 100 % genießen zu können. :)

Not sure what to make of this one. It's somewhere in between. On the one hand it's well put together and the graphics are OK. I like the use of the camera to reveal snapshots of past events. It was also nice to have these photos explained at the end to tell more of the story. The locations overall were alright and I couldn't pick much fault with anything graphically. I didn't encounter any bugs either, apart from an initial error that the developer has now fixed and it ran fine too, so hats off for that! On the other hand though, I found most of the gameplay generic with lots of backtracking throughout. The majority of your time spent in the mansion is walking about trying to find keys to unlock rooms and find a few notes or puzzle elements. The puzzles aren't really challenging in any way. The horror in this game mostly relies on jump scares and I found them to be hit and miss... and a bit overused to the point of them being ineffective. I do find that with a lot of horror games though, so nothing new there. I would say this game is alright, if not a bit formulaic and short. 5/10

Die Charaktere sind gut entwickelt und tragen maßgeblich zur Tiefe der Geschichte bei. Die Steuerung ist intuitiv und die Rätsel sind kreativ gestaltet, fordern das Denken heraus, ohne frustrierend zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der stimmige Soundtrack, der die Spannung zusätzlich verstärkt und für zahlreiche Gänsehautmomente sorgt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die etwas kurze Spielzeit, die jedoch durch die hohe Qualität des Erlebnisses mehr als wettgemacht wird. Project VIC ist ein absolutes Highlight für Fans von packenden und atmosphärischen Spielen und verdient eine klare Empfehlung.

Sehr cooles Game! Heute im Stream gespielt und mich das ein oder andere mal echt gut erschrocken, die Jumpscares waren super gesetzt. Es waren auch nicht zu viele jumpscares und kamen echt unerwartet. Ich hab mich selber nur manchmal etwas duselig angestellt an manchen stellen xD z.B. ganz am Ende... zu viel gestresst, anstatt das offensichtliche zu tun. Ist nur leider ein kurzes Vergnügen, aber es lohnt sich durchaus.

Not the Citizen Kane of indie horror, but has it's fair share of jump scares and spooks. The photo mechanic is a nice twist on things. The environments are pretty sparse and bland, but the game has no pretences of being anything other than what it is. It's not great, but it's not terrible.

Érdekes kis horror játék, kellemesen borús hangulattal és történettel. A jumpscare effektek nagyon ütősek, főleg ha fejhallgatóval játszunk. A játék elég rövidke és sajnos akad benne javítani való. Sokat töltöget és könnyen be lehet ragadni a környezetbe. Néha ki kellett lépnem hogy szabaduljak. Ezek ellenére szórakoztató és izgalmas kikapcsolódást nyújtott, nem bántam meg hogy megvettem.
