Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 31 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A stellar voice cast, starring Valerie Rose Lohman (What Remains of Edith Finch, Wolfenstein: Youngblood), Jonah Scott (Dying Light 2: Stay Human, Date Everything), and Aleks Le (Persona 3: Reload, Marvel Rivals, Ghost of Yotei)
A beautifully dynamic and haunting soundtrack composed and performed by Jacob Noska, and Jonah Henthorne: members of the band Auric Echoes

Hi, everyone! This is Conner. I just wanted to briefly say thank you for checking out my game and an extra special thank you to anyone who's supported me in any way throughout the creation of it. This is by far the most personal game I've ever made, and I think that'll be easy to see for anybody who plays through it. Much of the process for making this game involved just trying a bunch of weird ideas, and I think that, in the end, it all came together really well. No matter what, I'm proud of it, and I'm very happy to have made it. I hope it can help you in the way that it's helped me. Thank you!
Feel free to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns. Just keep in mind that I'm a solo developer and will respond to the best of my ability :)

Project Songbird is a cinematic first-person horror game following Dakota, a musician who retreats to a remote Appalachian cabin to record a new album. You explore the surrounding forest, investigate what is happening in the woods, solve puzzles, and survive long enough to finish Dakota’s story. Pros ✔️ The story feels incredibly well thought out - Small details, conversations, and changes in the world feel like they were placed with purpose, giving the story more to uncover as everything comes together. ✔️ The mechanics keep things feeling fresh - It moves between exploration, puzzles, recording music, and moments where you need to avoid or defend yourself from what is in the woods. ✔️ The emotions hit hard - The performances, music, and delivery made it easy to feel what Dakota was going through instead of simply watching the story happen. Cons ❌ Some story transitions feel abrupt - There are moments where it jumps from one scene or idea to another in a way that feels a little strange. ❌ I wanted it to be longer - I was invested enough that reaching the end felt less satisfying and more like I was not ready to leave yet. ❌ The music creation could offer more freedom - I would have liked more control over the recording portions so my version of the album could sound more personal. Conclusion I really cannot praise this game enough. You can feel how much of Conner was poured into it, and that gave the whole thing a soul that is hard to fake. It is easily one of my top games of the year, and I think it will stay with me well beyond that. Score 9/10 Recorded Tracks - The cabin went quiet, but the song followed me out of the woods.

the story for this game was great would recommend.
Briiliant game, good story. Hope this dev will give us more games in the future. FOV setting and support for ultrawide.
Good game & Story but Dakota should have just snorted a ♥♥♥♥ ton of Cocaine and the entire game would have been averted
The music, and story were all made well. W
exquisite game. 9.5/10.
Songbird is an outstanding indie horror experience, the concept is fresh, the atmosphere is unsettling yet familiar, and the graphics maintain a unique art style a cut above the usual mid detail blender assets we see in a lot of indie work these days. I would argue that the cut to Connor in the third quarter of the story takes away from the narrative of the game while trying to bring attention to artistic struggles, I just couldn’t post this without mentioning it. I was so immersed and on the edge of my seat to find out more about the witch just to get pulled out of it, I just really wish it could have waited until the end of the story I think it would have enhanced the experience.
Fun game, creepy atmosphere and no cheap jump scares..
I loved this experience from start to finish. As a creative, I related deeply to the themes, and loved getting a "peek behind the curtain" of how personal it was to Conner (the dev). The way it combined different art forms throughout was unique and refreshing. Even though there wasn't a lot of variety in the enemies, the challenges they presented always felt new based on the environments, and the Toothman (I think it was called?) has horrifying sound design, in the best way. The puzzles were challenging but not punishing. I look forward to playing it again to get an even deeper understanding of some of the elements I'm sure went over my head the first round.
si vous avais du temps faite ce jeu ! il est vraiment cool surtout l'histoire !!
