Princess Edge - Dragonstone

Bom beat'up, estilo golden axe (suas semelhanças são várias), com 3 planos de luta. O jogo é simpático, boa distração enquanto ele não sai do early access. Pró: + Preço bom + Jogo simples, com todas as instruções logo de cara. + Visual estilo anime. + Lembra vagamente golden axe. Contras: - Precisa de um melhoramento na resposta dos comandos do gamepad / keyboard. Trocar de plano durante o combate demora. - Poder montar nas criaturas. - Musica um pouco repetitiva.

A nice little tribute to Golden Axe! :) Combat is fast and fluid, plus the game controls really well with a controller. You have to make good use of the 3 planes you can dash into (Example: normal grunts you can just run up to them and slash them, but spear grunts will most likely hit you first if you do not use the planes to get behind them). Bosses are kind of cheap, but that is just part of the charm of a game like this (Pay attention to the trailer on how to make big damage to them ^^). Some nice touches the game has: - Heroine is basically an anime version of the female character from the first Golden Axe (This is WHY she has that outfit on). - The mount works almost identical to the ones on Golden Axe (Get knock out of the once and you have a chance to get on them again, get knock twice and you lose the mount). - When you beat a stage a map shows up the next stage (like you know what game). - When the heroine loses a life, she stays KO on the ground while the HP of the next life fills up and then she gets up again (a nice touch instead of the generic "flashes dead and appears again" that most games like this has). - While short, it actually is pretty challenging on the normal difficulty and up (you have a limited amount of continues). - Last but not least ... the big grunts can bearhug our heroine! xD Would bring again a barbarian waifu home!!! 11/10

wow i am getting to old for these new-age-retro-golden-axe things. The first look told me something: Positive: + decent thoughts in background, music, movements + interesting movements + ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i can't block...thats something + Nice little Game + with more time and ppl you could create something pretty epic + good A+ standart for an indie game + interesting boss designs + really few bugs + PC friendly (no black screens or errors) + good invested money for me Neutral (nearly unimportant for me at last) +/- repetitive and boring for.... others maybe (i dont mind reoccuring sprites and events, i am used to it since years of gaming) +/- better not to be played loudly (well..because of woman screams XD) Negative: - not really somethign big Thats my feedback from early access.... Erobotan!....Throw in longer levels, more chars, more development things (maybe some health goodies to pick up) and many more. and you might hit it big with your next releases on steam. I will try again the game from time to time. i lost at easy in the 5th level. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so many enemies XD i recommend you all to test it. its a small game its fun. and its worth the 7-8 bucks. :3

As a player who's played enough to reach what looked like the final boss, I write this review. So far so good. The game is running quite flawlessly for a game that is in early access and has just been released. Bug-wise, I ran this game a couple of times by now, and I ran into no critical ones yet. Performance-wise, it performs very well even for my quite old laptop. Gameplay-wise, the character animations feel smooth, and the designs are pretty neat. The main heroine's voice acting is pretty decent too. Hits seem to register correctly. The combo system is pretty straightforward and not too difficult to get used to with one's preferred key figuration and precise timing. I played on Normal difficulty, and the balance between mobs, bosses, and the main heroine felt pretty fair. It might feel unfair to some of the players as the main heroine can't guard and has a shorter range than the enemies. However, they all have certain patterns that you have to adapt to. It's just something you learn the hard way. Sound-wise, it might not look like it from the trailer, but the hit sound effects are good enough. BGM-wise, it does get repetitive, but I feel like the gameplay makes up for it. Therefore, the game seems to be on the right track, generally feels worth the price, and most importantly, it is fun. I imagine it can only get better as the dev polishes it further.

Questo gioco è 1 schifezza immonda se il creatore di questo Dragon Stone avesse usato 1 asset + fedele a quello di golden Axe lo potevamo tutti perdonare e i combattimenti erano molto + belli. Invece di questi percorsi a binari che sono molto frustranti è poi l'autore si è ispirato no solo a Golden Axe ma anche a Gunstar Heroes dove ha 2 percorsi a binari invece di 4 dì Dragon Stone. Io lo sconsiglio proprio questo gioco è poi i vari personaggi sono muti non ci sono linee di test da leggere per capire la storia. Evitatelo come non ci fosse 1 domani perchè questo gioco hà moltissimi difetti. Ecco il mio voto gli dò 1 bel 5 perchè il gameplay è molto monotono e non è divertente.

If the controls weren't bad, (for example, you aren't able to move with the d-pad while playing with a controller) this game would be fine. Even though most of the bosses and a couple of the enemies are pure annoyance to deal with, they wouldn't be nearly as annoying if the controls weren't bad. The 3 lanes system used in this game also ruins it so sadly I just can't recommend this game, despite wanting to.
