After having bounced off playing the game for over a decade I can finally say that Primordia is a pretty good point and click adventure game. Not without flaws or awkwardness, but interesting components and with a lot of additional parts that the genre is usually missing. Primordia has a neat setting, simple to understand but with enough background and connectivity to give it weight. The game has actual puzzles that can't just be brute forced, alternate solutions to some problems if one way or another doesn't work out, dialogue for hints if one gets lost or confused. Fully voiced, to give that extra layer of life. A genuinely pleasant surprise.
I've been playing point and click adventures for a long time, and this one is one of the best. It's a compelling story with interesting characters, beautiful art, and an excellent balance between challenge and casual playability. The soundtrack is excellent too, and really helps set the mood for the various locations and events. Recommended.
Incredible pixel art, smartly designed and fair puzzled and to top it all off, a great story and characters recommended at any price!
Excellent point and click game with a great story and characters. Enjoyed it from beginning to end!
