Very fun metroid-vania game. Awesome style and setting. Great platforming and progression system. Had a ton of fun.

I loved it! Such a cute dino game:) Things I loved: - simple, yet versatile controls. With dodge roll jumping and spear platforms i almost didn't even need double jump - the crafting was great, a welcome addition to the metroidvania format - the area design, although a little hard to differentiate between areas at times, was beautifully designed. The spritework is really amazing - the story was simple and incredibly engaging, i loved it - i love that the different creatures would fight eachother, made the world feel alive Things I wish were a little different or included: - the larger dinos/bosses would have been cool if they were more puzzle-like to defeat. For a lot of them it just turned into a repetitive dodge and attack cycle, especially for the mosasaurs where i learned that if you stay within the boundaries of their sprite it can never hurt you, even if they turn around - on the world map i would have liked to be able to select the other area maps to help with navigating. Although each section was beautifully designed, i had a hard time remembering which area was which just looking at the colored rectangles. Along those lines i would have liked if the linked warp gates were labeled in some way. I realized i could have written it doen, but i had a really hard time remembering which gate went where. Thankfully it didn't bother me too much because i loved traversing the map - i wish there was a way to refight the larger dinos/bosses for exp grinding purposes, still had a lot of unbought skills by the end of the game - kinda wish you could tame/ride some of the dinos, lol - MORE ALIENS!! Especially as bosses. Or at least mutated dinos or something - MORE DINOS!! There's never enough dinos, lol - [spoiler] I kinda wish the dino side kick was a baby Allosaurus, á la Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal. Would have connected the Allosaurus subplot a little better, not that it was bad. Could also lead to sequel bait with player 2 being a big Allosaurus [/spoiler] - [spoiler] kinda wish the alien moon base was bigger, or at least more than 1 area [/spoiler] - [spoiler] oh and i feel like getting all the spirit trees/paintings should've done something. I know they gave you ability points, but i think a little interaction with one of the villagers after light/painting them all would've been neat [/spoiler] Overall 9.5 out of 10, would recommend to a friend

原始人大战外星人，感觉找到了童年时上灵动游戏网站打游戏的感觉，玩的很沉浸。怪物和场景设定很有原始世界的紧迫感，主线剧情也很有感染力，开头老婆女儿没了真的有种鳏夫的绝望感，还好最后是大团圆结局，放心玩。全成就也还算容易，认真看地图就能找全隐藏的空间。（有两个较难的成就：1.Liquid Lightning：美杜莎之境的左下角有一个大气泡，收集解锁水下冲刺技能 2.银河门的成就要提前准备10个解锁芯片，在女儿被绑架的基地的海底右下角把芯片一一放入，就可以穿越月球杀穿外星人老巢）

Fun little metroidvania that you can play locally with a friend or partner

Recomendo demais. Pense num metroidvania divertido e simples, estória cativante com elementos muito distintos...dinossauros e alienígenas atrapalhando a felicidade de uma família. Lembra até a série da HBO Primal. Gosto da criatividade pra extrair o máximo de gráficos pixelados, o jogo consegue ser brutal e "bonitinho" ao mesmo tempo.

Когда-то на денди и Sega был "Парк юрского периода" и как же атмосферно она выглядела с джунглями с полётами на птеродактилях, катание на машинках, поиском яиц и т.п. И вот попалась данное произведение с не замысловатым вроде сюжетом, напоминающее всё тот же Парк юрского периода + Adventure Island относительной сложности, но затягивающей. По управлению в настройках без особых подсказок было не сразу понятно, что поднимать предмет это нажать ↑ , а в остальном приспосабливаешься легко. В остальном игра подойдёт тем, кто не хочет сильно убиваться на каждом уровне, а просто легко залипнуть на несколько часов.
