In Prey, you awaken aboard Talos I, a space station orbiting the moon in the year 2032. You are the key subject of an experiment meant to alter humanity forever – but things have gone terribly wrong. The space station has been overrun by hostile aliens and you are now being hunted.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a good game with some really annoying quirks. Hacking is incredibly frustrating and silly, not being able to take turrets from one section to another is dumb and there are not enough guns. However, the skill tree is great and I love how difficult it is at the beginning. Most contact with the Typhon ends poorly at this stage. Stick with it though because as you increase your skills and upgrade your shotgun you will take great satisfaction from blowing away gribblies that seemed indestructible before. Just don't expect to Borderlands your way through waves of easy to kill enemies. This game takes a bit of thought and experimentation - killing never really becomes "easy". The game definitely gets a thumbs up because the good outweighs the bad, ... but I don't think I can be bothered to finish it. That's just me being finicky. Give it a go! You'll be hard-pressed not to love it.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Good game。
game great
I hate 99.99% of video games. This game is one of the 0.01% great games. I just finished it and am going to replay it immediately for another skill path.
A gameplay é maravilhosa. E falando em cenário: Talos I é incrível. A atmosfera é outro ponto absurdo.
Everything "Looking-Glass Studios" tried doing with System Shock 1 & 2, distilled into a near-perfect game. Unfortunately with the uncertainty of the studio. The chances for, not only the sequel, but the opportunity for an "imm-simm" like it are slim to none. One of the best "imm-simm" games I've ever played, and the best Arkane Studios Game imo. (coming from a massive Dishonored fan)
