In Prey, you awaken aboard Talos I, a space station orbiting the moon in the year 2032. You are the key subject of an experiment meant to alter humanity forever – but things have gone terribly wrong. The space station has been overrun by hostile aliens and you are now being hunted.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

now its time to play the minnnnd game; good game should play
I don't think I can even put into words what experience Prey put me through, so let me explain. The idea of being trapped on a gigantic space station in space is fascinating, but how Arkane handled the levels was amazing. They never force you to do things in a specific way, and on different playthroughs you can go in completely differently. And then putting into every, you could say, chapter, like the Arboretum, doors to outer space, so you don't have to backtrack and can just go into all parts of the station, is genius. Not just some boring loading menu that takes you back. So, little spoilers, but know that the story of Prey is also as amazing as its level design. It's mysterious enough, but also tells you just enough information so you try to fill in the missing parts. And when you think you know what is going on, something new happens that changes everything. Like different videos of Morgan where she tells you contradicting things that don't make sense, and you meet robots programmed by her who also have different ideas what is the best course of action. And the ending, now that I think about it, is perfect. Cuz at first I thought it was a little cheap, but still cool, and the fate of Morgan was also kinda weird to me. But now that I had some time to think about it, it is some fricking good ♥♥♥♥. Like, the twist is beautifully executed and you wouldn't ever expect it. The worst part of the game is that we know we will never get a sequel. They cut Arkane Austin in 24, so it is really sad. The ending leaves more than enough room for a second game, but still, it's one of those rare games that leaves a permanent mark on me and is something I will never forget.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

love it . one of the best "immersive sim" style games ... like dishonored , but in space ... has a horror survival vibe and on the higher difficulties absolutely lives up to it ... tho by your third playthrough the big bad starts looking goofy af .
VERY GOOD GAME
great game
So damn underrated. Took me this long to discover this gem.
Bioshock / System Shock styled gameplay. Mimics are a fun enemy type.
