PowerWash Simulator 2 - STAR WARS Pack

if you're a star wars fan, this is basically a must-buy. however, the maps are mostly grey and require quite an amount of time to clean. watching so long at these monotone colors in addition to the surfaces having many hooks and crannies, can net in a depressing feeling - especially when cleaning the millenium falcon. the uneven surfaces also void the effective usage of the swirl head, which makes it even more tedious. the x-wing is the highlight of the DLC and a bit more rewarding, since the dialogue is linked more to single components one has cleaned rather than the usual 20%-increments. speaking of which, the dialogue in general is entertaining and is aligned on the original trilogy. unfortunately, it can't outweigh the monotony and depressive level design. It's not a bad map pack, but it became a chore in the end and I can't recommend it if you're looking for a fun to play DLC

This one was fun! I liked it. Some angles were annoying to clean on the AT-AT Walker, but otherwise I liked the DLC. Maybe more of a $4.99 kind of thing though rather than $9.99.

The Star Wars DLC is a strong addition to PowerWash Simulator 2 and showcases a clear appreciation for the source material. The standout levels for me were the AT-AT and the Super Star Destroyer Bridge. The scale of the AT-AT is impressive, while the Super Star Destroyer Bridge makes excellent use of environmental storytelling, including the subtle contrast between the lighter and darker sides of the bridge. The DLC's level selection is enjoyable overall, with the Millennium Falcon being considerably larger and more detailed than I thought it was, only being a casual fan of the star wars IP. It ended up being one of the highlights of the pack. The subtle details throughout the DLC makes me think that the team had real fans of Star Wars and, helps each location feel truly loved. My main criticism of the DLC is it feels relatively short. Several of the levels can be completed quite quickly, and I would have liked to see either additional locations or larger-scale jobs to extend the experience. The achievements are largely well designed and contain some excellent references to the films. "There Is a Great Disturbance in the Force" and "Great Shot Kid, That Was One in a Million" are great Achievements. However, "I Find Your Lack of Soap Disturbing" was less satisfying, since it requires avoiding a feature that the game gives me no real reason to use, even tho it is a great feature. I would rather an Achievement that forces me to use it, and as a result it feels somewhat at odds with the usual philosophy of achievements rewarding engagement with gameplay mechanics rather than discouraging their use. DLDR; this is one of the strongest crossover packs released for PowerWash Simulator. The level design, attention to detail, and clear affection for the Star Wars universe make it an enjoyable experience for both PowerWash Simulator players and Star Wars fans alike.

Le DLC est sympa et visuellement très réussi. Le thème Star Wars est un vrai plaisir, mais malheureusement il y a toujours trop peu de maps. C'est vraiment dommage, car il y avait énormément de lieux emblématiques qui auraient pu être ajoutés. Les maps sont réalistes dans l'ensemble, mais certains détails sont mal faits ou ont été oubliés, ce qui peut casser un peu l'immersion. Malgré ça, le DLC reste agréable à jouer.

面白かったけど、２全体的に言える事と同じで簡単すぎかな。 ざっと洗って、さて細かい部分を念入りに掃除するか…と思ったらすぐチン！（完了） 今回はパーツの多い宇宙船が来たので余計にそう感じた。折角の入り組んだ部品や回路やファンの意味がない。 水遊び程度の素人仕事でいいなら専門業者呼ぶんじゃねえ

The house and cantina levels are easy but boring, the ATAT and Falcon levels are neat but some parts are annoying to finish. Should have added an outdoor star destroyer level Get it on sale.

great dlc with some amazing and very large maps

I'm torn on this one. I love Star Wars and I love PWS. But if you compare the price of this DLC with others from the past, then you realize that you're clearly paying for the license and not for the amount of content. SW is such a huuuuge universe with so many possibilities for things to clean and they could've easily added at least 3 or 4 more levels. The AT-AT was an absolute pain to clean and I felt no joy at all while doing so. There was also no need for any special nozzles or soap. The yellow nozzle will do from start to finish. So if I could, I'd give this a neutral review, leaning towards positive. Because overall it's not bad but it just feels like a fan service with no real heart behind it.
