It's a cute souls-like that is basically jank on purpose and plays into it. It does some things with environment traversal throughout that you wouldn't really expect in a game like this and remains fun despite some instant death traps. It'll probably take you 4-5 hours to complete but has a NG+ as most souls-likes do. I recommend it but don't expect it to be easy just because of its art style!
best game ever.
Decent Indie game with an odd retro saccharin coat to all its visuals that is not explicitly explained through any plot or lore. It has its difficulty that seems to stem from a mixture of on the spot mechanics and good ol jank. Nothing wrong with supporting Indie devs even through discounts...

It's short, and has some rough edges, but you'll definitely laugh at its shenanigans.
buy on a discount fun game
This game has a really cute art style to it. It's a short experience, but a really captivating one considering the studio size and extremely fair price tag. I had a good deal of fun with this game and am excited to see what else the developers put forward!
I do recomend this game in general. It is very short, surpisingly so, didn't feel as short as it was though by any means. Not long, but still full of good content. Levels tend to be very unique in atmosphere and feeling somewhat, with a out there story and just vibe that keeps you constantly interested for the playtime, so it was a very fulfilling few hours, and the post game thoughts are the type that might stick with you awhile and leaves an interesting impresion. So a good game, and even if short, still worth the cost I'd say. It is a little lacking in polish in areas, a certain lift you stick a battery into can leave you behind if you hop off of it and you gotta restart from last checkpoint, you can get stuck in/through more than a few parts of level geometry in areas sometimes requiring restart from last checkpoint (it's an option in the menu so nice and quick at least), and a variety of other bugs or issues. But honestly, given the vibes this game has going for it, a lot of bugs almost feel like they work and are ok to have in it, like it shouldn't be perfect... hard to explain till you play it, so the only ones I think should be fixed are those ones that outright require a restart from checkpoint. Overall it's not the most challenging gameplay, very forgiving honestly, just wack enemies a bit and you can heel nicely in battle from it, though does still have bosses you learn, but ones you generally can learn while fighting, it just takes more time while you learn. Only think I ever died to a boss one time from what seemed like a one hit kill move I though I was out of the effect area of, almost did a few others though get real close to dying at the end. Still, it's in that hard enough to be engaging and plenty interesting, without being brutal or frusterating. It does lock you in long enough to tell it's story though, and that's what it really needed to do so I think it's overall pretty good. And again, it varies the gameplay up constantly, adding new mechanics and things constantly. I wont rank it as a top game type, like super great in some way, but it's a solid gem worth playing and the type you'll enjoy remembering later on. It's still good at it's core in gameplay, but the vibe and impression and story is what sets it apart, especially in todays age of games. And being short, wont take up to much time so if you have the money for it, I'd recommend getting it to most people. And age wise, I'd say it's fine for younger kids to play it, but also fully something older people will enjoy as well, age is a non issue for this one I'd think. Everyone can enjoy it to some extent.
Fun game, music is decent, and the gameplay is great...but the ending, why
Played the whole game. It was good, but for the original price , Not recomneded just because how fast it was . Better get this on sale. I played this when it's still in early day of beta on itch .io, i bought it just so i can support the devs and his vision.
