Plastiland is a very nice lemmings-like logic game. The goal is to help little cute round characters with eyes to go safely from start to finish. They are able to change shapes into various helpful objects, but they are unable to jump from height or swim in a lava. I found levels of this game look like made more from candies, rather than from plasticine. Either way they look nice. Backgroung music fits right giving the game sweet atmosphere. At first glance it might doesn't look so, but the game is challenging. It's rather easy go get 1-star ratings, but the majority of levels need some deeper thinking to get all 3 stars. There are 2 main words and a bonus one, which levels unlock after collecting a proper amount of stars. Actually I found the bonus ones more entertaining since they give the player more freedom. There are 2 issues I found that I would improve. First one - putting requirements for stars on the playing screen instead of having them in a pause menu. Or, at least, showing them right after getting to a new level. It's annoying when you go to a next level and right after that you have to pause to check the requirements. The second one is getting an error after clicking the exit door. But it also might be my computer issue, anyway. As I read comments, there were some issues with port in the past, but now I found none of them. Summarizing, Plastiland might look childish and easy, but it's actually not that simple. If you like casual and logic games with no rush, this one is for you.
Would work better as a mobile game. I can admire the work that went into it I love claymation, but this just isn't that entertainting I really wanted to love this game as I love lemmings style games but this one just fell short. They are very cute though!
This would be better suited as a child's mobile phone game. For me it's boring. The pacing is slow, the controls are awkward and the music is subpar. I like the graphics, and the game looks unique, but the gameplay doesn't hold up, sorry.
The English translation is below. Recommend to young children. There’re a lot of elements which have great interaction with players and are designed creatively. However, I’ve only finished tutorials, just because I thought this game was not suitable for me but for young children. Don’t know how difficult it will be after.
Suitable for children with learning difficulties ONLY
Sh.it. My Score - 3/10
I really love this game I don't know why but I love it x)
This game is somewhat fun and I like the variety of tools to use to solve the puzzles, however every time I play, it refuses to close. I will close out of the game and it will return to the desktop, but Steam still lists it as running and task manager doesn't show it running. I'm pretty sure it's an issue with the game itself as I have never had this problem with other games, but have had the problem multiple times with this one. As such, it makes it almost unplayable unless you want to have to restart your computer every time you want to exit the game.
Lemmings with a pause and without the timer. In other words, an improved version of the original classic, one you'll still be able to play at 122 years old. The interface is lacking, notably basic sound volume options, but the puzzles are good, which is the most important criterion to get the thumb up. Next is the colourfulness, one of the 2 selling points for me, along with the 90% discount.
