This game has a pretty interesting survival game concept. Pity Please! is a game here you are homeless and need to survive for as long as you can. While there are other games that have the same concept, they generally revolve around the darker side of the streets and focus on things like using and selling drugs for example. This game doesn't do that, it's actually quite wholesome in it's own way with bright colours and upbeat music, (The soundtrack is fire btw) and it even has a dog you can pet! Instead of selling drugs or robbing people, you're crafting signs for panhandling, dumpster diving for things to recycle, and fishing for your next meal. Unfortunately it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The game clearly suffers from a number of technical problems that hold it back from being great right now. At the time of writing, I experienced several frustrating bugs; The achievements were not triggering for me, and there was a pretty annoying bug where after saving the game I lost my signboard. The energy system also needs a bit of balancing, as after having a deep sleep at my camp site I barely recovered any stamina. These are just a few examples that hint that maybe an Early Access release would've been beneficial to the game. Having said that, I do see a lot of potential in this game and think it's got the makings of a unique survival game that I haven't seen before! If you feel like supporting this indie dev, I recommend wishlisting the game and maybe getting it on a sale.
