For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Pilo and the Holobook is an exploration-based adventure game set in a colorful galaxy where you guide Pilo, an apprentice explorer, on a journey to document the universe’s wonders and solve mysteries. Using the Holobook, a powerful encyclopedia-like tool, Pilo collects stickers to record his discoveries and uncover the story behind a mysterious dark force known as the Tar.

Set in the mystical XOP-642 star system, players guide Pilo through vibrant, hand-painted worlds filled with strange creatures and ecosystems. Each planet is teeming with unique flora and fauna to discover. Instead of combat, Pilo uses observation and creativity to explore these planets, collecting valuable knowledge through the Holobook.

The Holobook serves as your main tool throughout the journey. Players use it to interact with the environment and creatures, turning their findings into collectible stickers that populate an ever-growing encyclopedia. These stickers record your progress, unlock new abilities, and help solve environmental puzzles.

An ominous, mysterious substance called the Tar has begun to spread across the galaxy, threatening the beautiful worlds Pilo explores. Along the journey, players will uncover the origins of the Tar and work to save the planets from its corruption. The Holobook can also temporarily repel the Tar, allowing deeper exploration and interaction with affected creatures.

Pilo and the Holobook emphasize creativity, kindness, and curiosity over combat. The game encourages peaceful problem-solving and compassion as Pilo helps the creatures affected by the Tar and works to restore balance to the galaxy.

Holobook Sticker System: Collect and customize stickers that document your findings in the Holobook, creating a personalized in-game encyclopedia.
Beautiful, Hand-Painted Planets: Immerse yourself in visually stunning environments that tell the story of each unique world. Explore Floral Asteroid, sunny SRTOM and play along Prof in Labship.
Environmental Puzzles: Use the Holobook’s abilities to solve light environmental challenges and uncover hidden areas.
Thematic Depth: Dive into a heartwarming story about mentorship, friendship, and confronting environmental decay through compassion and creativity.
Evolving Holobook: As you progress, the Holobook gains new capabilities, allowing deeper interactions with the world around them.
Engaging Story: Unravel the mystery of the Tar and its impact on the planets, with meaningful encounters and touching character moments.

I was really looking forward to playing Pilo. It's a great idea for a game, with the stickers, the art and whatnot. Sadly it's badly executed. And unfortunately, I'll have to refund. There's an issue happening to me and other players, just look at the forums. After playing for the first time and enjoying the game, I closed it normally. After running it for the second time, however, the interface was in French. I looked at Steam's settings and everything looked fine. The game also stopped showing dialogues and began to act strange overall. While choosing a new planet to explore, the game kind of "freezes". I'd also like to note that I fell out of bounds after walking through a room that I wasn't supposed to enter (but I didn't knew that, since it was a room walkable...).
A fun and cute little adventure story. Hunting for and collecting all the stickers is really the heart of the game and takes the lion's share of the playtime to accomplish. One or two of the puzzles were a little challenging if you aren't very observant, but everything else was fairly easy to solve without much head scratching. I got about a dollar an hour of entertainment out of it so I was very pleased with it and can easily recommend it.

Cute and colorful adventure game. Good for kids, or adults who want to chill out with something simple.

- short but really well made game, loved the art and the concept, would love to play more games like this
Pretty cute game and relaxing ! Very good for smaller ages but everyone can enjoy it ! I really loved the artwork and environment . Wait for a discount and play the game it worth it !
Very cute, short little collectathon game. I beat it in three hours, hundred percenting each area's stickers, so it really is a quick playthrough, but very cute and totally worth it for the price.
Quit the game after 4 hours. When starting back upp again the language had changed from English to French. According to the game support page there is no way to change it back to English... you have to play it all over again. I am requesting my money back. Otherwise a very qute game.
