翻译还是和试玩一样一坨,制作组知不知道有个东西叫豆包,是在不行把翻译交给豆包都比现在好太多了。而且现在每关的任务变成方块了,请解决。游戏还是不错的,音乐我喜欢。
best game on steam
I've played 4 hours of this so far, so my opinion might be premature, but essentially this seems like a less forgiving Brotato; effectively identical gameplay and stat-levelling mechanics. A few immediate thoughts: You can't play anywhere nearly as aggressively because you're dead in just a few hits (life-steal/regen seems almost non-existent?). You can't choose a class of sorts and there's just a universal one-size-fits-all character. So essentially, these two things have meant so far that I can only really play the game in one way or I will lose. I don't really *love* that, because Brotato (which this is basically a carbon copy of, on the surface) was so replayable because you could play in quite a lot of ways, and you were able to focus on a certain play-style right out of the gate. It kind of gave it a lot of dimensions, and made it feel quite like an RPG. Brotato feels a lot less like an RPG in this sense because you're forced to interact with these dynamics in a very static way in order to succeed. Compared to Brotato, each run seems extremely similar. Sure, your loot is still technically random, but I'm seeing the same weapons and items appearing over and over. Maybe that's dependent on the meta that I've not really explored yet, but it's quite noticeable even 4 hours in (technically the fewer hours I'm into the game surely the 'newer' all these items should feel?). Honestly, if you loved Brotato, you'll probably enjoy this game - basically if you want a more challenging game then this is it. But the experience for me wasn't only more challenging: it felt far less deep and a lot of the game felt less open-ended. As a few people said in their reviews on the day of its launch: 'Basically if Brotato was worse' I hate to say it, but there's some truth in that. Nevertheless, for the price of admission, for a bit of variety from Brotato, this is still a good game which all of these asterisks against it.

I played this for a year on phone and waited for steam port. I also play Brotato and having beat all lvl 6 taters was looking for a break. This game is great and a good addition to the bullet hell action rouge like genre. It really is a must play if a Brotato fan.
A masterpiece of modern gaming. This game blurs the lines between game and reality. If you only had one choice in games for the rest of your life you would not be disappointed if you chose pickle pete.
Its a good time. Some reviewers are taking the game way too seriously, which is hilarious for a bullet heaven called Pickle Pete.

Is easily one of the best survivor-like games I’ve played. It feels like a great combination of several games I already love. The soundtrack gives me strong Hotline Miami vibes, while the progression and overall gameplay structure clearly feel inspired by Brotato — but Pickle Pete has enough of its own ideas to stand on its own. The visuals, animations, and sound design are extremely satisfying. Everything feels polished, responsive, and well made. What surprised me most is how deep the progression actually is. There are multiple levels with stars to earn, tons of items, crafting, equipment sets with different bonuses, active skills, passive bonuses, and a huge number of possible weapon and item combinations. You can experiment with completely different builds instead of simply repeating the same strategy every run. The meta-progression is also very well designed. There is always something new to unlock, improve, craft, or experiment with, which makes it very easy to keep playing. I launched the game for the first time and ended up playing for 5.5 hours without closing it. That probably says enough. Another huge plus is the optimization for handhelds. On my MSI A8, running at just 5W TDP and around 80% screen brightness, I’m getting roughly 12 hours of playtime from a full charge. For a portable game, that is fantastic.
