About

Peripeteia is a cyberpunk immersive sim set in alternate-history Poland – a first-and-third-person game mixing shooter, stealth and RPG mechanics with an unexplored setting and original ideas.
You are Marie: a cybernetic mercenary in a post-Soviet city full of corruption and opportunity, where nations, factions and ideologies clash. You will use your wits, tact, and raw violent nature to complete tasks shrouded in conspiracy and mystery. Logic, skill and ruthless cunning win the day in an interactive world – but when that fails, a loaded gun and the ability to climb virtually anywhere, will suffice.
Levels so vast they take hours to explore. Every tower, sewer, rooftop and basement is real and reachable. No quest markers. No correct path. If you can see a ledge, Marie can grab it. Forge your own routes with a sabre jammed into a wall or a well-placed crate. Get lost. Find something no one else found. That's the point.
Over 100 weapons – Cold War surplus, prototype rarities, stolen NATO hardware. Every magazine, every bullet, every attachment exists as a physical object in your inventory. Strip enemy weapons for parts. Transfer your gear between missions. Build your stash in Marie's basement. Plan your loadout or improvise when everything goes wrong.
Hack terminals. Possess enemies. Manipulate factions against each other. Sneak through the vents, talk your way past the guards, or come in loud with a stolen PKM. Every mission is a sandbox. Your choices determine who lives, who dies, and whose flag flies over the city.
Marie is living military surplus – powerful but not invincible. Manage your implants, ration your energy, scavenge what you can. The city doesn't care about you. Its factions will use you and discard you.
An unforgettable soundtrack featuring Sewerslvt, Ed Harrison (Neotokyo, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided) and a dozen other amazing artists. Drum and bass, atmospheric ambience, breakcore. Post-Soviet brutalism rendered in the grit of the early 2000s with modern lighting. Rain on concrete. Every second of this city sounds and looks exactly as dark as it should.

An immersive sim for people who think the genre never got the sequel it deserved.

Очень вайбовая игра
Amazing game. Im stuck on level 4 at the time of making this review (f**k belgrade) but even then im having fun. Cant wait to see where this game goes, Its been a while since i've enjoyed a game so much. My only complaints are: I get lost sometimes (skill issue on my part) Game can get buggy sometimes. Belgrade The maps can feel a bit empty and bloated at times.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

For the first three 'Missions', absolutely! For the fourth? Uh... I can't be sure. I'm only recommending this because I've had a blast with it up until the fourth mission. It's not Deus Ex, but thankfully it's not designed to be a meme-garbage game, either. After some more EA tuning from the devs, I'll give the last mission another shot, but it's an absolute whiplash in tone and playstyle, that I think it sabotaged itself. So while yes, I enjoyed the game, I'll say 'Don't pick it up yet' until they give this game some more quality of life patches and tweaks.
Игра очень затягивает, атмосфера мне очень понравилась. Желаю этой игре всего наилучшего, а разработчикам сил, денег и терпения сделать игру ещё лучше.

I'm gonna be real, first level nearly got me to drop this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. I somehow wound up going through a path I thought was pretty straight forward but literally went everywhere I was not supposed to. Level design - all the levels are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ massive, you are gonna almost guaranteed get lost, areas outside "boundries" have a coin flip on being intended spot with like a quest item or 1 piece of loot OR the dev forgot to put an invisible wall or something to stop you from going there and now you're gonna have to reload a save. It's... Interesting but I can see what's going on here. I wouldn't mind a bit more texturizing or maybe shrinking some of the mega structures or adding some elevators. (Tutorial level having me walk up like 40 flights of stairs for a secret LMG and NOTHING ELSE not even a nice view or funny piece of graffiti World - Very interesting, kinda reminds me of E.Y.E in that I have absolutely no clue on what's really going on but the world itself is something I want to dig into any chance I get. Very fun cyber slav universe. Lot of designs calling back to so much other stuff but feels like its own thing. Something about the giant depressing concrete monoliths and the soft buzz and hum around the area mixing in with the constant rainfall. I dunno, hits nicely. Combat and AI - Gunplay feels nice, like 2 million different guns of varying qualities, at a certain point I almost wish we had inventory expanders. Shooting guys feels fun, not many combat cyberparts aside from possessing enemies manually, stealth is... inconsistent as hell, there's a light meter and noise checker but none of it feels consistent and it almost doesn't feel like it matters because once the enemies get aggrod they start freaking the ♥♥♥♥ out and just running around like Cruelty Squad NPCS, other times they'll just completely ignore you, nothing feels very consistent which is what irks me on say level 4 when you've got dudes that run around at 200 mph and nearly instantly kill you. It's gonna need a whole rework at some point gonna be honest. Soundtrack - Super cool, breakcore, EDM, house music, mixed with some chill synth. About what you'd expect and then some! I kinda wish the combat music just played when you were... in combat and not just in the area, trying to walk through an area where I presumably killed everyone and I got bass blaring and a guy saying something about crabs it can be a bit excessive. I'm terrible at giving scores but I do think this is something worthwhile to play, I very much enjoyed it. There's lots to see in each level, how much of that is terribly deep it's hard to say, and gameplay styles aren't terribly varied atm either, BUT it's got a style and stands out to me. I'm excited to see what else the dev adds, because a bit more build variety and character options for say: more techy combat, shoot bang kapow builds, and stealth builds I imagine you've got lots of room to play around here.
