plot decay is a no for me. invest hours into building a plot only to have it disappear. Can't get on the game all the time. This is a game killer for me. Going to uninstall this one and never look back. It had promise. Really disappointed. I even overlooked the insane crafting system requiring you to grind crafting for days to do anything at all. This is the nail in the coffin for me. Goodbye.
Мертвая игра. Чтобы ее запустить вам понадобиться бубен, много всяких программ и хорошее "железо". Но если вам удастся зайти в игру Вы будете играть в одиночку. Там изредка появляются англоговорящие игроки, но немного и ненадолго, видела 2-3 живых игрока. Смысла ее покупать нет. Пыталась вернуть игру, но 4х часовые попытки зайти, которые защитались за игру и не позволили мне это сделать. В итоге несколько месяцев спустя, из принципа зашла, бегаю, красивое, но играть не интересно.
This game needs to be played with friends/family! EVERY complaint people have and are leaving negative reviews is wrong. You can get plots just by playing the game. You get a free month just by playing the game. That means you can play for free the entire time and experience everything in the game. The game is NOT pay to win. No purchase puts you ahead of anyone else. You don't NEED to play with friends/family but the game is a grind. It's a fun grind and is a slow grind that any casual or not casual gamer can enjoy. My wife and I LOVE this game. I'm sure you will too.
Es ist ein großartiges Spiel, wenn man sich die Zeit selber vertreiben kann und keine lästigen dailys vom NPC braucht. Es hat die beste Grafik und Weitsicht.
Pax Dei bietet eine beeindruckende Grafik. Bauen, sammeln und Berufe leveln sind die Hauptbeschäftigung. Fehler werden soweit wie möglich sofort beseitigt. Man muss dem Spiel halt noch Zeit geben damit es sich entwickeln kann. Ich habe aber auf jeden Fall viel Spaß damit.
No I cant recommend it. The game has potential and they fixed things recently but i do not feel safe in the game. My Carpel tunnel syndrome is gone. It is recommended to join your discord to the game to communicate. I joined a clan in november and regret it. The leader created a community of feudal law and at first it was a bit fun- serfs to collect mats for the castle- metal for the leaders to skill up. But soon it became we depended on the leaders to equip us so we had to do as told. The actions of the leaders however meant we were not respected in the game and we eventually left and it felt like starting again from scratch in february. That clan placed plots in the area we had set up- empty- but blocking resources and surrounding members. We could not get resources. So slowly left the area--- explored the zone and found nice plots. Sadly as we built that clan built plots near or around us. It was intimidating and 4 people left the game. The Devs have not done anything. Do not join Down Demeter(RP). It is toxic. People afraid to chat in zone. There are a few nice clan but they are thinking of leaving. The land war is real. Buying empty plots to DEFEND area. That is not a good situation. 1 aggressive person has ruined my fun in this game. I have played through Early access it was fun. It is now time due to a small community and need to move - to implement a server wide redemption queue and possibly a server wipe and merge. Devs, Get active and investigate people that have multiple complaints. For each complaint you get 5 have left the game without complaining. If this is a last hurrah- then grab the cash from these plots and shut the servers down.
Great game but not for everybody! This game, as it sits at this moment is more a sandbox game for building your own homestead. Graphics and enviorment is beautifully done but there is a lack of purpose other than leveling your crafts and skills by grinding/harvesting wood and ore and you need a lot of it! The last update is a good step in the right direction to fix that tho (achievement/reward system). If you love spending your time building your prefect home and exploring the map (walking as no mounts exist for now) go for it, the map is HUGE! if you want quests, NPC's and a more MMORPG feeling, this is not for you. As to the monthly fee, it sucks because i bought the game in development as a founder with the promise of a plot, and now you need a monthly fee to be able to build your home. On the other hand it doe help to keep a lot of empty plot and clutter out of the game and you can play for free if you use a plot from a clan/guild. That said, the monthly costs are not that much, so if you play with some friends clan up and have one of you pay for a plot, set it as a guild usage so everyone can use it and split the costs, it comes down to a couple of euro's/dollars a month. You can even get your plot for free if you play, hunt, and get ingame currency. Convert your ingame gold coins into grace and use the grace to pay for your plot.
Money trap, you have to pay for subscription to keep your land. or you have to log in and grind everyday to keep your land without subscription.
