Paws and Claws: Pet Vet

Kudos to Steam for making this work on Windows 10! This was one of my favorite child hood games. It is definitely a mellow game for your inner child. Its fun to treat the animals and take care of them over night and each day and go to town to buy medicine or go to classes to learn how to treat different animals. You can also shop for horses and train your horse which is nice for getting around and taking care of. I suggest getting a 2k loan right away and getting 1k advertisements and going to school to learn how to treat cats right off the bat. Also I love how you see the animals hunger and thirst fill while they are eating is a nice touch. A tip for you guys is to save your game twice a day just to be safe.

This game is super nostalgic for me. I feel like thats why most people play it. I wish there was more time in the day and I WISH they put more games from the series on Steam.

Such a fun game, decent graphics, slight frame lags, but overall awesome for a casual game.

I sexually Identify as raw AREAS. Ever since I was a normal patch of skin I dreamed of making your sweetheart scratch for days. People say to me that being a raw AREA is impossible and I’m retarded but I don’t care, I’m beautiful. I’m having fleas install hair loss, red patches, and irritation on your pet's body. From now on I want you guys to call me "Serious parasite infestation" and respect my right to not be awful, but very uncomfortable. If you can’t accept me you’re an anti-parasitic injection and need to check your veterinary privilege. Thank you for being so understanding. 0/10 we need more ladies in stripey shirts to yell desperately about raw AREAS

Best game ever!!!! So awesome that we could find my favorite childhood game on steam! It's very relaxed and slow paced taking care of animals and leveling up your vet clinic. Loved it as a child and love it as an adult! It is a little glitchy but my husband was able to fix the bugs!

I was 6 years old, my mom had just come home from a trip to Walmart. She unloaded the plastic bags from her car as I was sitting in the living room watching Spongebob on the TV. I didn't know what was in store for me. She walked into the living room presenting a pc game in all it's glory, "Paws and Claws: Pet Vet". "I saw this in Walmart and I know how much you like animals so I bought this game for you." My mom said with a smile. I saw the cute animals on the cover of the case and I was immediately in love. I thanked her and went back to my room turning on the computer. My Windows Vista computer booted up with that famous sound and I was at the home screen. I opened the disc tray and placed the disc inside. Going through the installation process I was now in the game. I hit new game and was dropped in a vet clinic with a massive paragraph in 10pt font telling me what to do, but alas, my literary skills as a 6 year old was a bit poor. I didn't go into town, I just sat there unsure what to do, until a woman with a rabbit walked in and she told me about the rabbit's RAW AREAS. I tried to treat it with no medicine and the woman left with a still sick rabbit. I revisited the game at 8 years old and was able to enjoy it more properly. Needless to say, this game and I have history and it will always be one of my favorite games and to be able to enjoy all of its glory on a windows 10 at 23 years old is amazing.

It's so fun!! I LOVE the HORSES!! I love riding and jumping the horses!

Used to play this as a kid thought it would be fun to play again for the nostalgia, so I thought why not... Good meme, bad game. Cashes easily unless you lower the res. to the lowest level. Characters are nightmare fuel. But in defense of the game.. It is ancient. 4/10 *clap*clap*

This is a throw back game! Turns out it's still great for stress relief.
