Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Pathologic 2 is my favorite game. This is up there for me, too. I don't understand everyone who says this one doesn't hold up. I feel like they missed the point of it or something. They're trying to make you feel a certain way. They try to recreate each character's experience and perspective. It makes complete sense that the gameplay isn't the same as Pathologic 2, The Bachelor didn't experience the outbreak the same as the Haruspex. I love this game and I'm glad they made it. I hope to one day see the Changeling's story. There are so many things I want to know.
I haven't beaten the game yet, so I may edit when I do finish it, but I wanted to go on the record and say this is the best of the series thus far. I was never driven to play much of Pathologic, and I always kinda got through Pathologic 2 about 2/3rds of the way before I screwed everything up and either had to savescum waaaaay back or just ragequit. I know a lot of people liked that about the game- but I really didn't. This rendition of the game, which is the same story told a little differently than the other two, runs more like Majora's Mask in that there is a time travel element where you can go back to quest chains and retry them if you messed up. There is a resource limiter to it, though, so it isn't a free-for-all. But the difficulty is far lower than in 1 or 2. I actually appreciate that. I don't really play Pathologic for its unforgiving difficulty- mechanically, I don't think it benefits from it. Because the story is quite good and I don't really like grinding out a game when the story, not the mechanics, is the selling point. This game franchise isn't dark souls- I'm not having fun having to restart because I messed up Day 6 because I didn't do something on Day 2. Etc. That all being said, I really like the mechanics- for the first time in a Pathologic game. I think it's really creative and fun to play with. I actually understand what's going on and you really get to know the characters and subplots because of that. And you're driven to complete quest chains and figure out the puzzle of them because the story is interesting. But the reason I really wanted to write a review right now before I finished is because the devs have now gone through 3 major updates in less than a month. They are rearranging quest chains and NPCs to make things make sense and to fix major bugs that people experienced. Ice-Pick Lodge has always been a dedicated studio, but in the world of -cough- Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon -cough-, it's just great to see a company that actually gives a damn about their game and is playtesting, tweaking, and fixing it as rapidly as IPL is. They really care about this IP and it's refreshing to have a company so dedicated to turning out a complete and polished product. I am really enjoying this game and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in the series- do not bother with 1 and 2 if you haven't played/finished them, I think you'll really enjoy this. And for the diehard fans who hate this one because it's not hard enough- IDK. I suppose I don't share their same preferences. And I do like difficult games.

At first the game might seem a bit confusing or boring but the more you play it, the better and more interesting it becomes <3 A solid 8/10
Я сначала подумал, что не так впечатляет как вторая часть, странные решения и чуствовалось, что слишком просто. Но первое впечатление было обманчиво, и сложно и интересно и замечательные диалоги. Авторы молодцы. не зря ждал игру
