Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Reviews
Pathologic 2 is a better game. The game is ok if you excuse all the bugs, crashes, and getting locked out of portions of the map because you can't travel to them due to crashes. If you never played the series, I wouldn't start here. Still patho3 has enough content to be a full game. I just hope the developers didn't think this game was live-ready.

To the moon хотя бы.
A really unique game that had me captivated from almost the very beginning. Pathologic 2 had too much for my goblin brain so to me this one hit a perfect balance of story and gameplay elements
Pathologic 3 < Pathologic 2.
Being a HUGE Pathologic 2 fan, this game feels like someone tried to recreate that game without actually having any idea of what their inspirer tried to convey
Something I really love about this sequel is that it feels like the perfect companion piece to Pathologic 2. The DNA is here - the alien Town on the Gorkhon; its bizarre inhabitants; a complex cast of characters each with their own motives and arcs; mad philosophising; dark humour; and of course, the oppressive and inexorable plague itself. However it's all rearranged and recontextualised through the eyes of Danil Dankovsky, the Bachelor. While Pathologic 2 is a beautifully relentless trial of pain and stress, Pathologic 3 invites you to take your time to explore the setting and its themes. And uniquely, it gives you the opportunity to attempt to fight the fate of the town using time itself. And, at the end of it all, it makes me want to go back to 2 and see it all again from the perspective of Artemy Burakh, the Haruspex. Whereas Danil is the metaphysical, thought-provoking experience of the town and its events, Burakh is on the brutal frontline, physically wading through the worst of it. I just love how complimentary and yet so different these games feel.
