About
Return to the world of parking business! In Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator, you're not only building and expanding your empire — you're personally defending it from thieves. A brand-new combat system, skill progression, and hireable guards turn your parking lot into a true fortress!
As the owner of a parking business, you'll once again start with an empty plot of land — but now with even more tools to turn it into a thriving empire. Build new lots, upgrade equipment, install surveillance systems, and manage your staff — from cashiers to professional security guards.
Choose your own strategy: maximize profits, expand your territory, ensure customer safety, and dominate the industry. Investments, layout, technology — you're in full control.
The key innovation in Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator is its active combat system. You can now confront thieves head-on as they attempt to raid your property. Use punches, blocks, and dodges, apply tactics, and develop your character’s combat skills.
Hire guards, each with unique stats and abilities. Level them up, build your team, and make sure no criminal walks away unpunished. Security is no longer just for show — it’s a crucial part of your gameplay strategy.
Running a parking lot involves more than lines and payments. Deal with breakdowns, unstable weather, and sometimes even unexplained events. The land you’re building on still holds secrets. Explore it, unlock new zones, and discover why you were the one chosen to bring order.
Keep customer satisfaction high, optimize pricing, manage traffic flow, and build your reputation. The mix of business simulation, resource management, and action creates a unique experience where every detail matters.

Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator, developed by Geekon and published by Midnight Games, takes a surprisingly ambitious approach to a niche management genre. What initially appears to be a straightforward parking lot simulator quickly reveals itself as a hybrid experience that mixes business management, character progression, and even moments of direct confrontation. The premise is simple: build a parking empire from the ground up, attract customers, expand your operations, and protect your investment. Yet beneath that simplicity lies a game eager to offer more than the average tycoon title. The foundation of the experience revolves around managing and expanding parking facilities. Players start with limited resources and gradually transform modest lots into profitable businesses through careful investments and upgrades. Earnings can be reinvested into larger spaces, additional services, and improved infrastructure, creating a satisfying loop of growth and optimization. There is an undeniable appeal in watching a small operation evolve into a bustling enterprise filled with vehicles and activity. The progression system encourages long-term planning, rewarding players who balance expansion with financial stability rather than pursuing rapid growth at all costs. One of the game's defining features is the addition of skill trees and active gameplay elements. Instead of remaining an invisible manager behind the scenes, players take a more personal role in their business. Skills can be unlocked to improve efficiency and enhance various aspects of gameplay, giving progression a greater sense of purpose. More notably, Parking Tycoon 2 introduces criminal threats that force players to actively defend their properties. Hiring security guards becomes an important investment, and there are moments when players themselves must intervene to maintain order. This mechanic adds a level of unpredictability that keeps the experience from becoming entirely passive and helps distinguish it from countless other management simulators currently available on Steam. The blend of simulation and action is both the game's greatest strength and its biggest challenge. The concept of defending a parking empire is entertaining and injects energy into what could otherwise be a repetitive cycle of collecting revenue and purchasing upgrades. However, the action mechanics feel less refined than the management aspects. Combat serves its purpose as a gameplay diversion, but it lacks the depth and polish needed to stand alongside dedicated action titles. Fortunately, the game does not rely solely on these encounters, and players primarily interested in business management will still find plenty to enjoy throughout their time with it. Presentation-wise, Parking Tycoon 2 delivers an adequate package. Its environments are functional, with parking lots, vehicles, and urban settings that effectively support the gameplay without drawing significant attention to themselves. The user interface remains easy to navigate for the most part, helping players quickly understand their objectives and available upgrades. Audio design complements the experience with ambient sounds that reinforce the atmosphere of a busy commercial environment, though it rarely stands out as memorable. As an Early Access title, there are rough edges throughout the presentation, but none that completely undermine the core experience. What ultimately makes Parking Tycoon 2 interesting is its willingness to experiment within a genre that often plays things safely. The game understands the satisfaction players derive from watching numbers grow and businesses expand, but it also attempts to add a layer of personal involvement that many tycoon games avoid. Not every idea lands perfectly, and some systems could benefit from additional depth and refinement, particularly as the game continues through its development cycle. Nevertheless, there is enough here to suggest considerable potential if future updates continue to build upon its foundation. Parking Tycoon 2: Business Simulator may not be the definitive management game its title suggests, but it offers a fresh perspective on a familiar formula. Its combination of business strategy, progression mechanics, and active property defense creates an experience that feels distinct even when its execution occasionally stumbles. For players who enjoy simulation games with a touch of experimentation and are comfortable with the realities of Early Access development, this is an easy title to keep on the radar. Rating: 6/10
game have bugs, i can't use all game feature and AI workers is strong 0/10

the two issues I'm having a problem wit his the homeless spawning every 5 minutes instead of different days and the AI not using the empty trash bins and everyone of them that parks has trash they just throw on the ground. that needs fixing. will come back to this game once those 2 issues are fixed.
