About
*Headphones are crucial for beating some of the harder phases within Paresis's endgame.

PARESIS® takes place within a small house in the middle of nowhere. Here you will be faced with numerous challenges.
GAMEPLAY
You will have to survive 5 minutes to complete each Phase. In Paresis® you are surrounded by 4 rooms. These rooms will unlock throughout each phase and will have a new unique enemy you must encounter. In Paresis®, these enemies are called Morphs and they have their own positives and negatives. For example, one may be faster then another but they will have fewer hiding spots. On the other hand, you, the player, have zero movement and must use your lean and flame energy to survive the phase. However, each phase will become harder and you must undergo new obstacles. Once you complete a phase you will be able to make a choice between faster leaning speeds, or extra energy. Flame energy will scare away the Morphs and leaning helps you locate Morphs faster.
HARDCORE MODE
Hardcore Mode is obtained after you complete Paresis's main Phases. Completing the ending Phases within Paresis's main game can serve as a real challenge even for some of the best gamers. If you do beat the final Phase within Paresis®, you will unlock the option to play Hardcore. This adds even more challenge to the existing Phases but also changes up some gameplay elements as well. However, in this mode you will not be able to upgrade your lean speed or energy. This mode is targeted for anyone who wants the hardest challenge possible within a horror game experience.
STORY
Paresis® has plenty of lore for those interested in the game's story. If you beat a phase, you will be able to listen to radios that can help you understand more of the game's secrets. These radios are extremely important to the game's overall plot. Although, there are plenty of little easter eggs hidden about that also carry more of the game's overarching narrative. However, some things are better left unsaid.
CHALLENGING
Paresis is a very challenging game once you reach some of the ending phases. This will test your listening, logic, and timing skills. In order to beat these phases, you will have to dig deep and figure out what is the best strategy moving forward. Whether that is picking certain rooms to check at specific times or making sure you pick the right combination of lean and energy in order to survive.

this is my personal opinion I don't understand this game, I've used headphones with a loud enough volume, but still the clue isn't very clear, I've tried to avoid the morphs and start a fire but still lose, My ears hurt quite a bit because I had to listen to clues but suddenly there was a jumpscare. maybe my opinion, when making a game mechanism like this, it is necessary to make a tutorial on how to play it first. I'm sorry I don't recommend this game
This game is totally cool. The scares are definitely worth it. After a while, you do start to get less startled and more angry- but the point is literally for the game to be difficult. The mechanics are similar to that of FNAF where you can’t move, and you have to use a tool to ward off an incoming threat. Fnaf- flashlight , this game- fire. it’s definitely a challenge with all the unimportant audio ques throwing off the meaningful ones. if i could recommend one thing, allow us to mute the narrator in the beginning of each section. it gets a little annoying after dying 15 times just to hear tips we already heard. great game!
Can't wait to play more when I relax for a little. Made it to Phase 3 and wow its hard. I went with the energy build just because I thought it would work out but its really difficult to pull off. However, it makes it so you can waste flame more often on things you think your hearing. Here are some of the positives. Game is really scary for those interested in the fear. High stress and the feeling of constantly being watched by the enemy. Game is also very challenging thus far. Each level feels unique and difficult in its own way. Each level introduces new rooms and ai. The story also seems very interesting, just from the radios alone, it is quite creepy. I mean the fact you are using some kind of flame that comes from your body is weird and intriguing by itself. The only negative would honestly be the level of difficulty if your someone who is not a fan of harder games. Other than that it serves as a great scare and a real challenge. The description doesn't lie. I would probably recommend playing with higher leaning speeds for your first time though. I will probably start over and try again and re-stack myself.
Atmosphere is incredibly creepy, like something out of a bad dream. Terrifying...(in a good way!).
This game is difficult. Prepare to see the Main Menu hundreds of times. Paresis is a fun little game that's managed to take the formula made popular by games like Five Night's At Freddy's and others but more simplified and with more of a focus on the horrific atmosphere. You're dropped into a small hallway at a crossroads between 4 doorways and through each of these doorways (which open up sequentially as you progress from Phase 5 towards Phase 1.) Your main keys to survival are: Managing your Flame: Your flame has limited charges with which you can take care of one or more Morphs at a time. Leaning: In Paresis you'll be leaning side to side to see Morphs behind doorways or blindspots preparing to strike- some of which cannot be seen otherwise. Sound: Sound has a very important role in Paresis as multiple Morphs have sound queues that will make your job of removing them far far easier. The caveat to this is that if you do not have reliable sound the later Phases may prove nearly impossible. In terms of atmosphere, creepiness and sound design the developer has knocked it out of the park and his willingness to listen to player feedback and push updates to the game to make it the most comfortable and enjoyable experience makes this game a must buy at it's low price point for any fan of atmospheric indie or small studio horror games. Did I get a bit freaked out? Yes. Panic sets in pretty quickly as you’re pretty much thrown right in to this twisted place (sound track nails it) and have to figure things out quickly. Is it challenging? Yes. I flailed around for a while but I’m getting it. Is it fun? Yes. The scares are for real. If you like that kinda thing, you’re a sick puppy but you might like this game! This game isn’t perfect but it does the trick. Plus, I’ve bought hamburgers that cost more. Good first release (I think?) from this studio.
This game is very good for horror genre fans or for people that enjoy challenging games. I must say this game terrified me, but only because it is difficult and scary when you fail. It takes a lot of effort and listening skills, which is a very cool thing for a game like this. I wouldn't say this game is for everyone of course, however this game is a goldmine for those looking for a scare or a challenge. It is a very interesting game that tests your limits and also has a very intriguing setting/hidden story.
游戏名《麻痹》真的是你麻痹了!这么好的游戏不能只我一个人玩。
怎么说呢 可能是因为我玩的不深入 我怎么觉得 低配玩具熊?
The jump scares are legit. The game is pretty solid. If you like to get scared frequently then play this game lol
