盗版通关补票，虽然小时候也不知道玩的是盗版，当时没中文字幕看不懂剧情是啥，不过游玩过程中还是隐约察觉到讲了一个什么样的故事

[h1]Un viaggio nella psiche di un bambino maltrattato[/h1] ✅✅✅ [b]Papo & Yo[/b] è un videogioco a grattacapi di bassa difficoltà, dove a farla da padrone non sono gli enigmi ambientali (molto elementari) ma la trama stessa: in questo titolo ci addentreremo nella psiche di un bambino brasiliano che per affrontare il male che lo circonda crea un mondo immaginario dove ogni cosa si piega al suo volere ma che sfortunatamente non può difenderlo dalla realtà... ma solo distorcerla come tutto il resto. Consiglio altamente di provarlo sorvolando ampiamente sui difetti che ancora oggi, dopo 11 anni, lo assillano; calcolate che si può comprare a pochissimi euro praticamente ovunque e la sua durata è poco più di due ore.

Papo & Yo is a short but memorable puzzle-platformer that uses its surreal favela setting and the relationship between Quico and Monster to tell an unflinching autobiographical story about growing up with an alcoholic parent — the kind of narrative that sneaks up on you and hits harder than you expect. The chalk-drawn environmental puzzles and impossibly shifting architecture have a genuine childlike wonder to them, and watching Monster transform from a loveable companion into something terrifying when he eats those poisonous frogs is the kind of gameplay-as-metaphor that few games pull off this effectively. The puzzles are on the easier side and the game is only about 3-4 hours long, but it never overstays its welcome, and the ending left me sitting quietly for a moment before I could move on. If you've ever loved someone struggling with addiction and felt powerless to help, this one will resonate deeply — I'd call it less a game and more a piece of interactive therapy. Highly recommended, especially on sale.

지형지물을 활용한 퍼즐들이 인상 깊었고, 퍼즐 난이도가 너무 어렵지 않아서 퍼즐 겜에 잼병인 나도 쉽게 깰 수 있었다. *이후 스포주의 . . . . 사실 제목에서부터가 스포인데 파포앤요 자체가 아빠와 나라는 뜻이다. 게임을 진행하다보면 내내 코코넛(?)인가 열매만 찾는 모습이 한심하게도 보이는, 그런데 개구리를 먹자마자 돌변해서 주인공을 괴롭히는 괴물이 사실 주인공의 아버지를 뜻한다는 걸 무심코 알게 된다. 아이러니 한점은 게임을 하다가, 중간에 움직이는 블록 퍼즐에 막혀 주인공이 찌부러질 뻔한데, 그때 내내 날 괴롭히던 괴물이 뜻밖에도 날 꺼내서 도와준다. 게임 내내 한심하고 폭력적으로만 보였던 괴물이 그런 의외의 모습을 보이는게 놀랍기도 하고 현실적이기도 하고, 그래서 주인공이 아버지를 두려워하면서도 묘한 안쓰러운 시선으로 바라보는 게 이해가 되기도 한다. 폭력적으로 변한 아버지를 고칠 방법 따윈 없고 그저 마음속에서 놓아주는 방법 밖에 없다는 결말도 씁쓸하지만 현실적인 해결 방법이라 마음에 잔잔한 울림을 남긴다.

Jogo muito bom, os puzzles são muito divertidos de fazer e a história é muito boa e deixa uma boa mensagem, só gostaria que jogo fosse mais longo.
