Paperbark is essentially a walking simulator where you play as a wombat. Cute concept, and it tells a nice story. It ran kind of bad on my PC, I don't know why, I've managed to play much bigger, graphic heavy games without issues but this ran quite poorly. I wanted to 100% it and it's kindaaa tedious, and the fog/whiteout around your character is really annoying. I know it's part of the aesthetic, but man. Please. The controls are also quite annoying at times, and if you accidentally click too close to a log or flowers the wombat will spend fifty years finishing eating/breaking it before you can move on. You can't backtrack from it. Most of this is just small stuff, and it's mostly the fact that it's not my type of game. It's cute, I'm glad i experienced it, but not for me, not again LOL. I won't recommend it, but I do realize this has to do with taste, mostly. A lot of you will find this game perfect and love what it has to offer. It is not a bad game necessarily, just not for me.
