Good economy farming game ruined by manual clicking mechanics. The core mechanics are actually quite decent. There is good quality distribution based on weather, player choices, and time of year, with a relatively deep economy. The buttons are tiny (so no tablet in mind, +++) yet it's very comprehensible. There are logical production chains and the player has absolute freedom to farm whatever they want, and I think all crops and animals are present. And most importantly, the game works, which isn't a certainty with farming games from the early 'tens'. Now the bad: it's just boring... With animals you can put high speed on and just clicker feed the animals. There is no option to do this automated, so you can focus on other things. The game doesn't really offer visuals to enjoy, which is the core of any management game, well maybe just a big part. So if you accidentally own this and appreciate farming, by all means fire it up and waste some time with it. This game is made for the one person on earth who has a fetish for clicking through menus repeatedly, because that's all you do in this 'game'.. There's an average of 9 menu selections per crop yield, most of which are just selecting the respective vehicle again and trying not to doze off, misclick and accidentally buy a second sprayer. It has potential, so so much potential. At first it almost felt like a farming version of the classic tycoon games, a little nostalgia-hungry part of me wants to love this game, but I just can't... it very quikly became repetitive menu clicking ala facebook or fremium games. Any freedom and creativity you have is drowned out by the excessive mandatory micromanagement.

👑 Powered by HoI 4 Deu Curators group in German / English 👑⠀⠀⠀

Follow Main group
Follow Second group
and discover more reviews from me
