PANTHEON: RISE OF THE FALLEN IS A DEEPLY SOCIAL HIGH FANTASY MMO
GAME THAT CHALLENGES ITS PLAYERS AND REWARDS EFFORT.
It has been 500 years since the Deicide War severed the connection between the people and their gods. The Ravaging Lord pushed nations across Terminus to near extinction before the Dragon King himself appeared and brought an end to the bloodshed.
Now, the denizens of Terminus must uncover the mysteries of their past and unlock the silenced power of their gods. For war will come again. And this time the dragons won’t be there to save you.

Based on my 9hrs. I have so far enjoyed this game. It feels like old school EQ, but not a fan of the gathering. Especially mining. The random node spawns with a limit per area based on what is already up is a questionable design. Especially when I want to craft gear since parties are scarce for grind groups. I was playing both this and Ashes to make a decision what I wanted to play and I thoroughly enjoyed Pantheon more. I love me a sandbox mmo, but unfortunately Ashes isn't what I had hoped it would be. Overall I feel this game is in the right direction with some adjustments.
This game has scratched that OG Mechanic MMO itch like no other and keeps bringing me back! If your introduction to MMORPG's was 1999's Everquest? you WILL get satisfaction out of this game! If you don't like your hand being held around every single corner? If you like making calculated choices in travel or combat as to not suffer the consequences of a bad decision? do you miss the older more rewarding but more punishing mechanics of the days of yore? do you like actually using your brain and facing a challenge each fight, and not just zipping to the finish line through pointless runs? Then you will LOVE this MMORPG.
cant even load the game. They changed the way they host the game to bait people into it and switched it. do not get this game.
For a game that is not demanding it really heats my Gpu up. Gameplay seems fun. But not worth it with the price of GPUs
There is literally no direction in this game? I don't even know what is going on... You just spawn in a cave and it tells you to meet someone in a town but there is no map, no markers, no nothing. It is completely under developed.
everytime i try to re login with steam it doesnt login
not worth 50, mapping is boring and view distance is at best 4 meters ahead of you. ---Also, there is a controversy concerning a dev (technical director named GM Ryzel or Ulmo) who cheated to gift crap to his guild members/friends, you can look it up it's great! 3 months old drama! Awesome game! They even go as far as censoring this event, I'm gladly bringing it back on the table!--- Their community manager, Savanja seems pretty sketchy too with the matter, people asking for resignation. I checked their discord and this user is still there and still a community manager. I really don't advise giving money to this (by the way it was gifted to me). ______________________________________________________________ UPDATE: it gets worse the more you play it, don't buy this it's absolutely garbage, never again. Enshrouded and valheim together don't cost as much as this and together they result in way more fun than whatever this is supposed to be. It's trying to be a neverwinter/mortal online kind of mmo but it's simply bland and boring, everything is boring in this game. Also I tried the sole PVP server which have a tiny population, I died to mobs, I respawn in city, a dude kills me then sits there and wait for me to respawn, okay well it was a fun experience I guess? Skill issue? We're 6 levels appart. But seriously, spawn killed in an mmo? There's also that cave starter area when you pick a necromancer, apparently it's so badly designed that you can barely kill anything there, let alone leave the area, made a friend quit right at the beginning. ______________________________________________________________ UPDATE: They banned me from forums because I dared post a truthful reply under their november 2025 update release post! Hey devs, maybe stop being a holes if you want to sell more copies? Stop silencing people and being so thin-skinned, the two things I said are NOT misinformation! Just be honest and address the complaints! Just don't trust these devs, I don't ask you to trust me either but you'll see they're very sketchy if you dig enough and as with any games, they have gatekeeper players who can't accept that something they like is being criticized.
