Paint the Town Red is a chaotic first person melee combat game set in different locations and time periods. The voxel-based enemies can be punched, bashed, kicked, stabbed and sliced completely dynamically using almost anything that isn't nailed down.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 9.83/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

very good game, i like it a lot!
i used to steam share with my brother and i played this game a lot back then since i bought it on his account when i didn't have a computer, i finally bought it since i have my own pc and oh boy. i feel like this game needs a big overhaul update. i never got tired of the repetitive gameplay since it's just fun for me it never gets boring, the workshop is what keeps this game alive. i enjoy games like Hotline Miami, which consists of fast paced brutal combat. this scratches that itch for me. i would spend hours playing community levels the different soundtracks, levels and kind of "challenge" it had made it fun to play over and over. after replaying it after some time did i notice, holy frick this game is ugly not like seriously. even if my settings are turned up to the max. i've seen other "poly" like games have better graphics. the gore could also have a big change. it feels like this game could use a big "remaster" or a graphics update it REALLY needs one. it's really hard to not notice the "early access" vibe it gives. other than that happy to start playing again! :)
