还行,有种战锤和毁灭战士的感觉
Painkiller: New Devs, Same Code, Half the Effort
I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition as a die-hard fan, however this new Painkiller is a total mess. It's buggy as hell, incredibly short, and the gun-play feels cheap, like you're shooting marshmallows instead of holy shotgun blasts. If you are expecting anything close to the absolute masterpiece that was Hell and Damnation (e.g. art style, gunplay, atmosphere, smoothness), just don't bother, because this ain't it. But honestly? If you just want to turn your brain completely off and zoom like a maniac through hordes of monsters while heavy metal blasts in your ears, it's still a stupidly fun time when you're not stuck in a wall mid-air ofc xD. TLDR: It is still worth playing but it's not the same game, it's janky as hell, so just do yourself a favor and buy it on a massive discount - unlike me, a clown who paid full price for a VIP ticket to this glitchy circus.
Softlock in the tutorial NOICE!
Whoa, it's my first review ever, but seeing how much hate this game receives, I feel like sharing my opinion as well. Honestly, it is NOT a Painkiller game through and through. However, by no means does this mean it's a bad game. So far, I've played only the first act (co-op + 1 friend), and I must say I'm glad I got it. You can clearly see where the developers took inspiration from, and if you like fast-paced shooters (Doom, Bulletstorm, Quake) and co-op style meta-progression (Warhammer: Vermintide), then you're in luck. It seems the game isn't too long, but I doubt it has much to offer content-wise, so it's probably better off being short and action-packed. It clearly doesn't reinvent the wheel, but so far it feels like a hell of a lot of fun, and I intend to keep playing until I finish all the acts.
Pra passar o tempo !
