Many runs can be played at a relaxed pace, but stages with multiple Conditions require more planning and careful decision-making. * The atmosphere is one of the game's biggest strengths. Every zone and Condition feels different—some areas are peaceful, while others are tense and genuinely unsettling. * My only minor disappointment is the lack of enemies or jump scares. I think having a few of those moments would have made the experience even more exciting. * The UI is clean, simple, and easy to understand. It also gives off a similar vibe to **Starfield**, making it intuitive to navigate from the start. ### Performance / Graphics * I really love the game's art style. The game loop on this game is good, makes you want to upgrade your car more to be able to go further on your journey. A new take on rouge like games.
This game is, at least in my opinion, absolutely amasing, for the right person. Just, do have the right expectations. Its not open world, more like extraction. And as well, the story and characters are not as dark as you might imagine. Youll be doing a lot of looting, as if its a kinda grindy minecraft mod. If you dont like that, its probably not going to be too fun. Also please dont choose the hard difficulty for the first playthough, It's challenge is not to be taken lightly.
This game was a sweet 12 hour playthrough, really loved the story and got attached
This was one of my favorite games of all time until the end came around. the ending was so unbelievably ass that it goes from a 9/10 to a 5/10.
I love driving my little s#itbox car into the Zone and finding crap to fix it. The story's fun and interesting too. But I love my car more.
simply a masterpiece. A story that i expected to fall short, gameplay that i expected to get repetitive, and yet, i really enjoyed each and every second of my playthrough. The gameplay is awesome, mechanics are incredibly streamlined yet fun to explore, the games art style is simply lovely, not to mention the graphics and oh boy does the game have a banger soundtrack. The story is immersive and well-written, with distinct and loveable characters aiding you through the journey. A must play in my eyes if you like games where you make the best of what you have in a hostile enviroment. Pinnacle of car-centered survival. My only two caveats is that the map mechanics are not thoroughly explained, which caused me to fail runs once or twice, and the fact that you don't really have many upgrade options under the hood, with most of the upgrades being to either your own gear, or the cars outside.
