Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

It took me literal years to finally try this game. It was worth the wait, still holds up to this day.

Definitely worth a play. They really expanded on the fighting mechanics, the blood effects are the best I've seen in a video game. The gore is SO interactive, I stopped just to watch the blood drip from Turners face, to his thigh, to the ground. I enjoyed meeting new species and mastering how to properly deal with them in combat. I do prefer the more vacant, apocalyptic vibe of the previous game that I feel really heightened the whole "dying world because we are all being eaten by wolves" aspect. I do like the more realistic artstyle, a little too desaturated for my taste. It's definitely a step up from the original Lugaru, with better ragdolls and K.O,s. My Opinions on the Lore of Overgrowth. (This part is gonna be boring if you just played it for the fighting.) For some reason they changed a lot of the characters names from the previous Lugaru? Which kind of confused me because I felt like there were even MORE characters I had to memorise to understand the lore as intended. I understand that the whole point of a sequel is to expand the world and build upon the previously existing story, but Overgrowth throws so many new Nouns at you it's impossible to memorise them all (unless you have the fan-wiki open on your phone to keep track of all of these places and cities and races and characters.) The amount of named characters that are killed in the next scene or so felt unnecessary. Way too many people for a 4-5 hour long experience, if that. I'm not attached to any of the characters because there are like 50 and i've had only one conversation with all of them. The game is unfinished, I feel like I don't really know what happened to Turner or his friends? They just vanished into the Sky City, with Turner going back to White Flags. I was really excited to see the new area and get to know what the culture is like, I felt like Turner was going to go up there and beat the "new chief" (Slate I think her name was?) because we never found out why she and Sky seemingly fell out, I wanted more conversations with all of the characters. Let me get to know them. The final boss just kind of insults you and you dont really learn anything about who she was. The game just ends? They could've literally just been assassinated as soon as they entered the city??? Or were the five rabbits the only people living there??? WE DON'T KNOW? why do I have to rely on a free comic to learn about the story. We didn't even get a comic strip as an epilogue. I prefer the fan-made (half canon?) Therma-2 ending. where Turner DID go back to his home village after Lugaru, but was met with knives and spears for the crimes he commit. We get to see his and the previous villagers graves all next to eachother. Which was better closure for me than "I'm going back to white flag <3" I did not like the writing being dumbed down. I liked how in the first game Turner swore, and made it apparent that he was a tired older man. Although his personality admittedly didn't change that much. In the 2002 game, it is heavily implied that Turners wife was SA'd before she was murdered. Which felt really gruesome and dark. To me, it set the scene. It made it way more believable that Turner lost his head in the end. I liked how in the first game, when Turner destroys a wolf family. Killing the wife and several puppies, it almost feels like he would regret it if he wasn't so deep in this blood feud. "There may be mothers and children in this den... Not that I'm sure I care anymore." His entire village being murdered in cold blood has mentally broken him, but he can still understand right and wrong. Whereas in the remake he says "I wish Ash (alpha wolf) were here to see this"? That felt so cold and callus and out of character. Turner was a good man who was worn down by the world and driven mad by grief? He didn't turn evil? he just went numb. The 2002 ending of Lugaru went from "my family is dead and I have no purpose, I am going to roam Lugaru to try and find a new purpose in life." To "Cat people?? More people in trouble? Lets go!" Turner you were JUST on a borderline suicide mission what are you talking about. On a lighter note. I liked the detail of Turners coat colour becoming patchy in Overgrowth, I like it when games give animals characteristics that mirror their real world counterparts. Rabbits age and "go grey" in blotches instead of transitioning to grey like humans! Highly recommended, fun.
never thought a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rabbits incompetence could piss me off so damn much, but also make me have so much fun

6h de jeux et je n'ai plus aucun doutes sur la profondeur de gameplay de ce système de déplacement et de combat. L'ambiance est sublime les personnages tous charismatique. Un petit bijoux <3
