Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.14/day in the week to Aug 20 → 109.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
A WW1 action game built around fully destructible battlefields where chaos reigns supreme. Explosions tear through terrain, fortifications collapse, and the front line can change shape minute to minute.
Over The Top: WWI turns the grim setting of the Great War into a frantic playground of destruction where plans rarely ever survive first contact.
Charge as a rifleman, build as an engineer, clear trenches as a pyromaniac flamethrower specialist, or call in airstrikes as an officer. Each class has a clear job on the battlefield, plus plenty of room for improvisation. Choose from three factions: France, Britain, or Germany, each with eight distinct classes. Unlock new equipment and customization as you play.
A dynamic, destructive WW1 Sandbox: blow up everything, dig anywhere, reshape trenches, collapse buildings, destroy fortifications. Explosions leave permanent changes that affect sightlines, routes, and cover. Fight across multiple maps, playable in different seasons and daytimes. Use the full map editor to create and share your own battlegrounds.
Dive into massive 200-player battles! Drop into the middle of an epic war movie, packed with flying debris, collapsing trenches, charging tanks and objectives changing hands as the ground itself gets carved up - pure multiplayer madness awaits you.
Bring flamethrowers, poison gas, shovels, dynamite, artillery, airplanes, machine guns, and a lineup of vehicles and experimental tanks. Gear up with a mix of historical weapons, use a vast lineup of different vehicles, and other items: slap enemies with a baguette or play the bagpipe to boost morale! Have you ever driven a tank with 10 other players inside? In our game, you can do so!

очень хорошая, но слегка багованная и неоптимизированная игра про копание окопов и про получение пизды с рандомных сторон

Good setting, good unit design, good ingame vibes. BUT, dead server, crude graphics, monotonous gun sound effect, terrible ui...
The enormous scale of the battles drew me in but once I started playing, I realized how boring it gets. It's the same thing, over and over.
A super fun time. Over the Top is very akin to Holdfast or Isonzo, but make it a wee bit goofier. Ragdoll effects and tremendous amounts of gore. Everyone I've played with is super fun and friendly, have a really good time in voice chat. Once you get the hang of the learning curve for shooting its an absolute blast, even in dying or losing matches I have a lot of fun. Right now it feels as though there is a community but the community is rather small, so at any given time you can probably only hop onto one or two servers BUT more become active on certain days/ times. I will support the devs on this game. I've played for 8 hours as of this review and can see my self putting much more into it. If you dig online war games and dont mind the bugs or simple jankyness of the game, its a great time.
This game is fun, campy, and gives you the freedom to be creative. Last night was my first time playing and the boys were on let me tell ya! The proximity chat paired with the combat and engineers' crazy construction makes this game a chaotic blast! There were a ton of real players on after work hours but I will note that today (I'm off work), there is nearly no one on during work hours. That isn't really an issue as I'm rarely on during the work day. I enjoy this game far more than Hell Let Loose (WW2).
battlefield 1 but better
very good game I am french and see english crying VIVE LA FRANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was one of the best things that appen in my entire life
This game feels a little arcadey but in a good way. It plays a lot like Battlefield 1943 movement/momentum wise; it definitely is a more visually and tonally colorful/upbeat experience than a game like Battlefield 1 which leans much farther into the grotesque "horrors of war" type of vibe. Battles are huge and I feel the walking around endlessly you get in a game like Hell Let Loose has been drastically cut down in this for the sake of fun. Vehicles also feel a lot less oppressive in this game, you don't really see the "3 guys dominating the whole round from the same tank nearly uncontested the entire time" thing you get in Hell Let Loose or even Battlefield games. Graphics are alright. They certainly don't look better than a game like BF1 but they don't really need to be and it might be for the best so the scale of this game + too high of fidelity doesn't set the average gamer's RIG on fire.
This is a game where battles can involve up to 200 players—personally, I’ve seen peaks of 170–180 on the server. Recently, a new DLC was released—which I bought—featuring heavy cavalry-style skins for armored soldiers, but I’d like to point out that there isn't actually any cavalry in the game; it would be great if they added it as a class for certain maps. It would also be good to see the Eastern Front and more nations included, since the game is about World War I and Russia was a major participant. It would be excellent to have Russia, the Provisional Government, and the Bolsheviks represented—given the timeline spanning 1917 and 1918—and it would be really cool to see scenarios like the German offensive against the Bolsheviks in Russia or the Battle of Tannenberg.
