Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.14/day in the week to Aug 20 → 109.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
A WW1 action game built around fully destructible battlefields where chaos reigns supreme. Explosions tear through terrain, fortifications collapse, and the front line can change shape minute to minute.
Over The Top: WWI turns the grim setting of the Great War into a frantic playground of destruction where plans rarely ever survive first contact.
Charge as a rifleman, build as an engineer, clear trenches as a pyromaniac flamethrower specialist, or call in airstrikes as an officer. Each class has a clear job on the battlefield, plus plenty of room for improvisation. Choose from three factions: France, Britain, or Germany, each with eight distinct classes. Unlock new equipment and customization as you play.
A dynamic, destructive WW1 Sandbox: blow up everything, dig anywhere, reshape trenches, collapse buildings, destroy fortifications. Explosions leave permanent changes that affect sightlines, routes, and cover. Fight across multiple maps, playable in different seasons and daytimes. Use the full map editor to create and share your own battlegrounds.
Dive into massive 200-player battles! Drop into the middle of an epic war movie, packed with flying debris, collapsing trenches, charging tanks and objectives changing hands as the ground itself gets carved up - pure multiplayer madness awaits you.
Bring flamethrowers, poison gas, shovels, dynamite, artillery, airplanes, machine guns, and a lineup of vehicles and experimental tanks. Gear up with a mix of historical weapons, use a vast lineup of different vehicles, and other items: slap enemies with a baguette or play the bagpipe to boost morale! Have you ever driven a tank with 10 other players inside? In our game, you can do so!

Depressingly bad. Sure indie games aren't supposed to be the best, and most of the fun comes from the ridiculous funny moments that can happen. However this game is extremely janky, and feels stale. One of the biggest issues this game suffers is its ballistics. Hang-fire, and hitbox issues. There is a reason the player count has been wilting away. It is just not worth it.

Chaos ,nothing but, I love it. Developer listens to their players.

It´s not a bad game and its a matter of my personal taste. My game preferences are at the bottom. Quick paced arcade ww1 shooter with much atmosphere, but though it does allmost all things right. The problem is the battlefields are quite small. I compare it to size of the battlefields in Easy Red 2. Overall I think the gameplay is janky and not so fun compared to Easy Red 2, Tannenberg, Verdun. Not dead! People wrote that it´s dead and it doesnt have so many servers, that is not really true and there are several servers with players on. + Ai squad where you can command them like in EasyRed2,Arma series + Engineers can build a lot of cool stuff on the battlefield + Dig your own grave/trench. Very cool thing. Unfortunatly there is a limit of 2 meters depth. If there wasn´t I´m sure there would have been superfun and interesting tunnelbattles but I guess it does not fit the developers vision of the game and it would no longer portray the ww1 trenchwarfare even though it would have been so much fun. + Really nice with a campaign battlefield where you progress map after map to depending on how the campaign goes. + Music, old records playing from the 1914-1918, fantastic + Models looks fantastic + Lots of customizations for different classes with unlocks - No campaign mode in singleplayer, don´t know why, not good replayability when the playerbase dies out. - Can not go in through windows (like in Easy Red 2) - To small cramped battlefields that does´nt offer so much tactical battles - Janky animations - Bots can move towards objective at the start of battle but you are blocked by an invisible transparent red wall When you speak with mic you are monitored by the developers from what I understand through the forums on steam. I more enjoy : Easy red 2, ww1 mods with big battlefields and lots of free ww2 campaigns + cheap DLCs Tannenberg,Verdun https://store.steampowered.com/app/1324780/Easy_Red_2/ Military games I love: Darkest hour: Europe 44-45,Project reality,OFP,Arma2,Easy red2,Arma3,Arma reforger
i feel obligated to write a review for this wonderful game. its a very fun and very chaotic WW1 shooter that doesnt take itself too seriously. Its easy to get started and the game doesnt make it hard for you to start understanding the battlefield. When compared to other WW1 titles like isonzo its easier to get kills and to have a satisfying gaming experience. The community seems helpful, whenever i had a question the chat would answer it. As of July2026 i was always able to find active servers (you'll mostly have 2 servers) with around 70-150 people on it - whenever you have a low player count in multiplayer bots will be added but the games will still be fun. I really cant complain about this game, so get on it ;)
This is a dead game
This game is pretty enjoyable. Too bad it has no one playing it. It needs something to boost the player pop; the free weekend helped a bit, but it is slowly dying again. It'll probably need to go f2p and be filled with microtransactions.
Absolute bottom barrel dead game trash, think BF1 but everything is worse.
Very good game for ww1 lovers and it is fun with friends (join on the german side )
