Steamdeck: Use default keyboard mouse and set the bumper to allow turbo so that you can hold for zoom in/out. use the directional buttons to rotate screen. This is not Space Engine or some other universe simulator. The main purpose (in my opinion) is to gain a unique way to appreciate (as the name implies) the grandiose/miniscule nature of our universe. Centering on earth and zooming in/out from there you can zoom out to the extent of the observable universe and in to the plank length. I.E. as large as things can get to as small as they can get. Along the way you use the mouse to find objects and you can click for a brief description of what they are. Kudos to the devs. I havent found all the objeccts yet. But considering the scope of the universe it would be nice to have even more to locate and learn about. The brief descriptions are nice. Perhaps a "delve" deeper option woud be nice when viewing. But its fine as is. I dont expecct the developers tto be physicists making this. So to me even if its simply reference information from the web or books or wherever im fine with that. When something perhaps you have not heard of is shown I can see where that actually would encourage learning more outside of this game. Which its not a game exactly. Its kind of a hidden object game. But its more of an experience to giv you a feel of just how vast the universe and small it can be. Its good. Well worth the sale price unquestionably. Plus it has non vr mode YAY and can run on deck. I would say great for kids, but also adults whom just want to get a feel for the vastness of things and to perhaps learn something they may not have heard of before.
