-----
Its been an absolute joy building Orb of Creation. It embodies almost everything I love about video games: discovery, adventure, exploration... Its truly a blessing there is a medium in which I can express myself so well. If you are a fan of incremental games, give this a try. It won't disappoint.

good incremental
Ponder the orb and and will just sit there. what did you think it would do? But this game is a lot of fun and there is a lot of stuff to do and ways to break the game.
Incrémental banger, un peu plus long que ce qu'il se fait depuis un certain temps, comptez une trentaine d'heures pour le finir

It's not bad, but I feel like the version from before 1.0 had better gameplay, although it was shorter.
I like incremental games a lot. This one's a good one. Recommended.
I gotta uninstall it or i won't get anything done ever.
(English is not my first language, so i apologize in advance.) This game really feels like a old grind to power. I wasn't certain if i should recommend this, but looking at the 36 hours (playing hours, roughly 2 a day) that took me to beat it, it made sense for me to recommend based on the money spent x play time and fun factor, but it does have some drawbacks PROS - I'm a old MMO player, so i'm not a stranger to grinding. This game is exactly that, a grind. You're always hungering for a resource, and if you wanna beat the game without the "idle element" (which i suggest you do, because this is far for being a true idle game) you have to always be pressing something on some screen. I personally liked it, but i get people might be frustrated on the system. - You actually feel like you're becoming more powerful the longer the game goes. It feels like a mage unlocking new knowledge up to the climax that is the first time you beat it (the "last battle" is more like a hurdle than a challenge, but then again, that's the whole game). - The entire upgrade system feels interconnected and makes sense. There are no "this button is useless" times. Everything makes sense upgrading if you wanna have a complete experience. Now, for the CONS: - This game took me 36+ hours to complete, only to greet me with a prestige system. That usually is fine, but as soon as i clicked the prestige button, i immediately lost my will to continue, cause the early game is SO FRICKING SLOW and the complexity curve make me wanna quit. - Talking about complexity, it's no wonder how only 8% of the players actually beat the game. This game goes WAY TO EXTREME onto "manage over 9000 resources at the same time", which turn into a stock market simulator where you end up balancing incomes and outputs. This is the primary hurdle of the game: You might be super powerful ,then a new resource appears (there are over 30 of them in the game) and you feel useless until you can get a good income of it to start upgrading again. - The end is overly anticlimatic. It does not reward you enough for the time you spent on the game. I mean, i don't need Kojima level cinematics, but a 3 paragraph text? At the end, i enjoyed it. But i don't think i'll log on it for some time, i gotta detox, make me wanna miss the grind again, because right now, i have NO intention of coming back to it.
It's neat, keeps expanding as you go.
One of them "numbers go up" games. Unlike many NGU-style games, though, this one is balanced around holding your attention for active play – there's never a point where you feel forced to AFK, and there's no offline progress so you don't have to build your life around the game. Also unlike many NGU-style games, you're presented with many branching paths without one single clear best way to play the game, so there's room to customize your play to focus on the mechanics you like the most. There is a clear "you win the game" endpoint, but also many fresh experiences to find past that endpoint, so whether you're looking for a bounded or unbounded experience, you'll be able to find it from this game.
I have no idea why this game is so addictive. I'm refusing to look anything up, and figuring out everything via in-game context and tooltips. Number go up. Very satisfying. Why is number not going up? Is there a button I missed? Oh, there's a button I missed. There goes my day off.
