Onward

Absolutely garbage performance and visuals... you will have a 30x better experience with Pavlov. they basically ruined the PC version to focus mainly on quest... this game feels like such a scam. i got this game at no cost to me and i refunded it just so my friend could get his money back cause i felt so bad for it to be wasted like that... 2/10 game...

I used to say yes to this game because it felt more immersive and I loved doing the PvE. But since the developers have stopped updating it and handed updates off to mods it is not worth purchasing this game.

I bought it years ago, and it was my first VR shooting experience. I have never tried another title, just Onward, waiting for them to fix major bugs (like being shooted while hiding behind a wall, ghost headshot, and so on). Now I've got a Meta Quest 3 and tried Onward, but with horror I see that developers couldn't fix major problems. Onward is not enjoyable after a couple of weeks. Not if you play with massive effort, and then you die because a 5.56 bullet went trough three layers of bricks and concrete. If I can reach the multiplayer arena (because way too many times is not accessible to me; my WiFi is super fine), there are always, always, screaming childrens! And petty adults as well, but that's another cluster of problems. Parents: watch your 12 yo! He's still virtually killing people for fun online among 35 years old men. That's not early training, that's sick! They should play super mario kart, not Onward. If all of this is not enough, here is the summary: Onward is a dead game. Buy it as it is and don't complain, because even after TONS OF UPDATE, like every month, I can see the same problems, even 4 years later. Note: I am not upset because I paid some dollars for the game, but simply because I liked an idea that (looks like) is not being developed anymore.

I love playing Onward! They Keep improving the game and I will keep playing it.
