Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
I love this game, but the port is horrible. There are a ton of bugs, so here are some things to keep in mind: - Controller mapping must be done through Steam community layouts - Controller must be plugged in when the game is launched - Audio output cannot be changed - Max resolution is 1080p - Reconfiguring resolution manually will break cutscenes and may cause the game to crash - Reconfiguring audio output manually while the game is running will cause the game to freeze - You must download a patch from Github to avoid random crashing Pirate Warriors 3 improves everything from Pirate Warriors 2 and repackages it. There are a lot of reused animations and movesets, but it's different enough to not feel like a copy-paste. That being said, the gameplay loop is exactly the same, as you would expect from the musou genre. The gameplay is basically the same thing over and over but with different map layouts and characters. The roster for this game is great, including characters like Perona and Garp, who were cut from Pirate Warriors 4. If you've enjoyed a musou game before, you won't be disappointed with this.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

NO MATTER WHAT, DON’T BUY THE GAME WITHOUT A DISCOUNT. The problem with this port is that they used the PS3 version instead of the PS4 version, which results in worse graphics and many technical issues. Keep in mind that they still haven’t fixed the controller configuration since the game’s release. On top of that, the framerate is locked at 60 FPS. If this is your first time with the series, move on to OPPW 4 instead of this version, or buy this game on PS4/PS5 instead. NOTE: The game itself is good; the problem is the port.
This game doesn't support controller naively, and it's unplayable with keyboard and mouse. It's a shame tho, because it looks good.
Gameplay is great, but it is unplayably broken. Controls are mapped for some strange eldritch entity that only is adjacently related to humanity, the cutscenes crash one third of the time, and are blurry another third, and are filled with horrible demon versions of the Straw Hats when they do work properly because of the realistic textures placed on cartoon models. I'm gonna try and get my moneys worth, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ does not run well
After 10 Years this game is crashing and not working good. save your money.
