Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

FYI, I've got 350+ hours on this game on PS4, I've 100%ed it multiple times there, so I can confidently say the PC port of PW3 is the worst way to experience this game, even the PS Vita version wasn't this bad. Control support is broken, as it just lacks dedicated controller glyphs and directionals remapping, which is a cardinal sin for a warriors game as far as I'm concerned (mind you, all glyphs are in the game files, they're just not used at all), resolutions and frames are locked at 1080p and 30/60 FPS max respectively (unless you like to deal with screen tearing constantly and wonky UI elements), and worst of all it apparently crashes completely arbitrarily, as reported by many other people online, although to be fair, I've not experienced any myself in the 3 or so hours of playtime I've got so far. All in all, unless you want to tinker with files or are super nostalgic for PW3, like me, I'd say stay far away from the steam release, get shadPS4, source your own copy, set it up, and play it there, this thing is barely held together by broken dreams and strong prayers, I've seen worse as ports are concerned, but man oh man, this is just unlistable levels of bad, hopefuly we can all see a remastered version of this and all the other OPPW console exclusive games coming eventually, something like Konami did with their old Yu Gi Oh titles, it's probably wishful thinking, but who knows? Stranger things have happened. Update: I've basically finished the Legend Log, and I've noticed that, for one, the game seems to struggle hard with cinematics for whatever reason, so I would turn them off entirely in the options if I were you (Sadge, I know, but better than a crash/freeze 10 minutes into a stage), second, the final game original Dressrosa chapter specifically is incredibly unstable, at the time I'm updating this review I still wasn't able to beat it due to the game either freezeing or hard crashing roughly at the halfway point, third, I get the feeling that you might need to close out the game after a while because it tends to become unstable the more the stages you play consecutively (Memory Leak issue maybe? Hard to say, the game's probably just running out of memory as is, since this is basically the PS3/32 bit application of PW3), but that might just well be due to the game general jankiness, and fourth, some visual effects are straight up broken, I don't know if that's a GPU drivers issue, but for example Sanji's Leg during his Diable Jambe attack turns black, and some of Crocodile's VFX are missing.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Nobody reads my reviews anyway. I'll throw in a recipe for Varenyky. Recipe for Potato Dumplings (Varenyky) Ingredients: For the dough: Wheat flour – 500 g Water – 200 ml Egg – 1 Salt – 1 tsp For the filling: Potatoes – 1 kg Onions – 2 Lard or butter – 50 g Salt – to taste Ground black pepper – to taste Preparation steps: Making the dough: Sifting the flour: Sift the flour into a large bowl. Making the dough: Add salt and the egg to the flour. Gradually pour in the water, constantly stirring. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Resting the dough: Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or cover it with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes. Preparing the filling: Boiling the potatoes: Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, and boil until tender in salted water. Preparing the onions: While the potatoes are boiling, finely chop the onions. Sauté the onions in lard or butter until golden brown. Making the potato puree: Drain the potatoes and mash them. Add the sautéed onions, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well. Forming the dumplings: Rolling out the dough: Roll out the dough into a thin sheet about 2-3 mm thick. Use a glass or cutter to cut out circles approximately 7-8 cm in diameter. Forming the dumplings: Place a spoonful of potato filling on each circle of dough. Fold the dough in half and pinch the edges tightly to seal the dumplings. Cooking the dumplings: Boiling water: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt. Cooking the dumplings: Gently drop the dumplings into the boiling water, stirring carefully to prevent sticking. Cook until done (approximately 5-7 minutes after they float to the surface). Serving: Removing the dumplings: Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate. Serving: Serve the dumplings hot, optionally drizzling with melted butter, sour cream, or sautéed onions. Enjoy your meal!
The Game Is Under the Crashes
PIRATE WARRIORS 3 is a good game, or that's what I would say if I could play it. For whatever reason it loves to crash and black screen, that's actually the hardest part of the game. There isn't really a fix for it either, and for the most part it's at complete random when the "fixes" will actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ work. For example, as of writing this I still haven't beat the game. I'm on the final level, but without fail it'll crash at some point. It wouldn't be so bad if the level took 8-10 minutes to beat, but no it takes 20-25 minutes. So I just gotta play through it again and hope that this time the game will actually function or I'll have to do it all over again. Don't buy this game, or at least don't buy the PC port. It's good but it's too jank to be enjoyed sadly.
Fix your game before releasing it to public. There's some kind of bug where the cutscenes won't play and then the game just stuck on blackscreen
This game doesn't have native controller support, and it's unplayable with keyboard and mouse. It also doesn't have Steam Cloud support so you are likely to lose your save file at some point unless you back it up. Combine this with lots of unpatched bugs and repetitive gameplay and you get a frustrating gameplay experience. I don't recommend it.
Un port desastroso, con crasheos y todo tipo de errores. Lanzar un juego en pc en este estado, y jamás dignarse a repararlo, debería ser motivo suficiente para retirarlo de las tiendas. No lo compren.
Rip off the hands of the person who made this port, i was so excited to play this game and this is what i get -game chrashes, you cant save your progress and it has the dumbest controls for gamepad
!ADICTIVO! ***ENGLISH*** ADDICTIVE! Worse than Fenta-Nylo! Even though this is my first time playing and watching ONE PIECE in video games (I'm such a poser), it's really nice how it summarizes important arcs from the manga/anime; it includes very well-done and recreated manga panels. I was more into Konoha ninjas (NARUTO) or Super Saiyans (DRAGON BALL), but the premise of being a Straw Hat Pirate and traveling the high seas on the Going Merry, avoiding the Marines, investigating the mystery of the World Government, and encountering all sorts of cool enemies, and then finally changing, traveling on the Thousand Sunny!, is fantastic. Great game, I now respect it because people say it's a masterpiece. Being the trilogy: Naruto, Goku, and Luffy. (Ichijo from Bleach was also in it, but we all know what happened ;( ).
This game doesn't support controller naively, and it's unplayable with keyboard and mouse. It's a shame tho, because it looks good.
