One Million Worlds is a block world, but unlike other block worlds it's not focused on buildings and architecture but on machines and movement. One Million Worlds is a blockworld with physics which means you can create things that not only look cool but are cool, because they work.

Reviews
Be aware that the game is in seriously early access and that there is no developer activity anywhere, not that i know of at least. The game seems to only contain one world, there is no space travel. Scope of the game seems to be cut off with the last update(sometime last year) where the entire machine building system was simplified, seemingly cutting out the systems engineering aspect of the game.
