Edited and Final Thoughts: Completely basic but enjoyable AD&D homage w/acceptable graphics. It's not special but it's not pretending to be either. Zero choice in build outside of choosing role/attributes. Pros Tons of races: orcs, minotaurs, elves, lizardmen, cat people, etc. Several classes: paladins, necromancers, bards et al. simple interface Cons graphics are a little glitchy FPS is inconsistent at higher resolutions loot is moderately boring and too standard Every single door has a lever and every single piece of loot is hidden by very high difficulty traps. Towards the endgame, you'll need level 30 lock-picking to open the chest to find treasures you've been already getting for hours. I've read that the final battle is very brutal but I got bored before reaching it. Here's the big negative. You have zero choice in building your character. Every mage will get the same skills at the same level. Same with every single class. There is no ROLE-playing in this game at all. The game chooses for you and I'd wait till you get a 50% sale at least before purchasing this, if ever.
