Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Just play the first game, please. This game is not worth spending money for, and shame on whoever spent time making this game, because they obviously did not have the passion of whoever made the first game. The story sucks, they reuse characters from the first game but make them worse, the graphics, gameplay, and animation are somehow better in the first one, which was made 10 years previously. This is a spit in the face to the first game.
Bought at 65% off and reviewed as that price point.
Your opinion of the game should greatly vary by how you analyse it as you play
On a casual perspective, the game looks good and plays fine. The sound design is decent and gameplay feels familiar and easy to learn. The combat is easy and forgiving, ammo are common and you can have extra heals by breaking things. On the other more critical perspective. You'll see many unpolished aspects or basic depth to mechanics and features. You'll notice a gigantic amount of misaligned buildings, weird layouts that makes no sense in homes, warehouses, etc. The dialogues feels too scripted and either info dump you or go straight to the point. Not many things feel natural. MANY questionable designs (such as in the sewers, where some staircases has 2 different stair materials and sizes in the same one. Speaking of the sewers, there's a lot of wooden items at the bottom, where they would rot. There's no sign of any pump or drain in the sewers, there's almost no algae, moisture nor dirt almost anywhere. To remain on questionable designs. There's a warehouse that is filled with grids for room separator walls and almost every rooms are connected by vents instead of doors/doorways. There's a house with a ton of issues for safety, practicality, use of space, I won't name every problems I found with the design, lol I have a screenshot of it posted. And as final crtical note, there's many poor consideration for realism, such as the "firewood ovens" who lacks a handle to use and ventilation so it can stay lit. The wells have a shallow depth and a visible gray "bottom" highly visible. The industrial ovens don't have a single tool nearby, such as a shovel for ashes, large pliers, and almost every single tubes or support beams either leads nowhere or poorly placed (placed at random as decoration). In homes and various buildings with windows, lanterns and candles are constantly lit even with lots of natural lighting. So, as conclusion... Is the game good? yes! as long as you don't "admire" the precision of placements and don't question the designs, either it be the layout or item placement. I know it's not very positive, but I'm someone who can't overlook those details for long so it quickly becomes "weird" BUT! it is a zelda-like, therfore more casual oriented. Being the targeted audience, I feel like it could definitely scratch the Zelda itch it is doing to me. edit: removed a claim that proved to be false after closer inspection... After making this review, I started finding every flaws I could find as personal hobby... not to make fun of the game, but like a puzzle minigame for intelectual stimulation instead of booing it and making fun of it. Oh, and stamina when sprinting drains way too fast, slightly faster for 5s with 15s delay if you completely drain your stamina, slightly rewarding to manage stamina without emptying it.

Quite possibly the worst sequel ever. I enjoyed the original Ocean horn so thought I would enjoy part 2 as well. Ocean horn 2 has zero to offer. The game play is entirely booring, the combat system is non-existent. The 'puzzles' are just silly. This honestly reminds me of the DORA the explorer game I bought for my kids when they were 7 years old. The fact that people gave this game a thumbs up makes me question if the rating system is legit....this game really is terrible.
Feels really sluggish and frankly a lot more bring that I would imagine, Unfortunetly I started playing over 2 weeks after buying so no refunds. Might come back to it later.
literally downvoting just for the card game ♥♥♥♥ off with a coin flip deciding 80 percent of the games mechanics and after the third random town yokel i've never won a coin flip ever again ♥♥♥♥ games with artificial difficulty because the fake luck element is absolutely cheating for the bastard computer they arent even plying the same game you are its so unbalanced
While not bad, its overall a step down from the 1st. There is some a good frame work in place for oceanhorn2 but then left it bare. No need to re-post details of what other reviews have already said. combat, overworld, puzzles all could have used love. so much of this world seemed empty and un unsed; yet you had to wander it. It seem the dev is getting a 3rd game so let hope it improves on what didn't work 5/10
Game isn't bad...I've definitely played far worse - just doesn't do anything great. Starts out interestingly enough but with what time i gave it, i found it to be boring and a chore to play with no signs of it improving. Just feels like the game lacks any soul that would've made it fun and worth the time. It appears to try to be a Zelda game and while it does take some stuff from those titles...you're better of just going to play those titles if you're looking to scratch that itch.
