Reviews
Each update seems to be making the game substantially worse than the last. I can't even pin point the cause of it anymore. Something just feels wrong, it just doesn't feel like Oaken Tower anymore.
very good game. its sad to see the game bombed with bad reviews: here is why: Season 1: even if you played somewhat bad (lets say your skill is average 50% better, 50% worse), you play enough games you just get to the highest rank (grandmaster). Season 2: matchmaking was improved so that those in the top 1-2% actually play the top 1-2% mostly. but highest rank you need to have to be at least in the top 5-10% skillwise now - so many people cant reach that rank anymore and now whine in reviews. there were very little balance changes that actually changed how greedy/aggressive you play. i read about people complaining about witch in Season 2. that one was actually nerved - so this is less of an issue. maybe even overnerved (witch class is hard to balance in general no matter what).

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7/day in the week to Jul 31 → 8.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Tons of fun, really easy to play but hard to master, respects your time, you can play duos with your friend and there is a dev who constantly makes the game better with every single hotfix. Thanks Bocary for the banger!
brain itch scracthed :D
Genuinely have never been this addicted to a game in my life. I got my friends hooked ages ago and honestly if I had more free time I'd have 10x more playtime in this. The replayability is absolutely ridiculous with the amount of builds you can create, the amount of ways you can break the game (in a fun way) and now with the new duos mode/whole new set of items you can have so much fun with friends. I'll sit down just to play one game and next thing you know I've genuinely been here for a couple hours. Even last night playing that duos mode with my friends it was hitting midnight and we said "one more game" and that kept repeating all the way until it was 4am... I've been playing this game since it was in beta back in October of 2025 and even left the dev a kind dm in discord because me and my cousin were so impressed by this game. To see how this game has grown is unreal. Bocary is a fantastic developer and seems like a genuine guy that's worth supporting and tbh I should've left a review months ago but this dude continues to impress me with every update. The game is extremely polished and seriously could be priced way higher given the replay value it provides. The UI looks great especially after the redesign and for a game that's meant to be broken with all these ridiculous builds, Bocary does a really good job at stopping game breaking bugs like crashing and visual glitches etc from ruining everyone's experience. I'm no gamedev but I'm passionate with graphic design and have ALOT of ideas to make this game even more fun for people so lowkey Bocary, if you wanna talk to someone with some fresh takes hmu ;) I'm so excited to keep playing this and to see how the game progresses with every update cause I feel like there are so many features that can be added to make the game more fun without ruining the base concept of the gameplay. This game truly is one of a kind as I've genuinely never played anything like it so I'd at least like to thank Bocary for the 1000th time for all his hard work with this. also nerf cursed shield please <3
dont buy it if you dont want to be addicted
Game fun, I play lots
Really solid auto battler. Quite a joke that these 100+ hour accounts are leaving negative reviews because s2 ranked is harder. I would say cry more, but literally don't, the game isn't done, the dev is super active with updates and adjustments. Honestly wild. Like I said, excellent auto battler, dev has balanced for 10 wins, so only certain builds are super viable endless. Feedback-wise. I would welcome more build variety, at the same time, there is a ton. For example, IMO a spear build is only viable if you grab the spear duplication tome + into the legendary spear. Great game, def recommend if you like auto battlers.
Ranked is in a good spot in both duos and solos. Feels competitive but it doesn't punish you too much for a bad run. GM is the rough one, though even there you won't bleed much rating once you know what you're doing. For experiementing if you dont want to lose rating you can play casual over and over again. Bugs as of v0.5.1, all duos stuff: first enemy player's tower slot shows for the second player aswell, and some scaling just doesn't work for the non host (shock, goblet blessing day 9), so the host loses and it counts as a loss. On that note, if the results differ between the two players, why not just make it a draw? A draw is a win by this game's rules anyway. Otherwise an awesome game and huge props to the solo dev bocary.
No fun when you start playing and at every round your adversary is 3-15 levels/turns above you, You do single 20 damage and he/she goes 99931 damage / 5838 multi with 6 3-star items. There's something called balance, devs should learn about the term.
