I ve missed this game so much<3
Link to review: https://backloggd.com/u/RedBackLoggd/review/630959/ Tl;dr - Like with most platformers, the narrative isn’t going to be the big draw, it’s the gameplay, and if anything I said above piques your interest, then this may be a solid diversion for you. At 3 hours, it can be completed in one sitting (more if you opt to go for the 20 useless collectibles), so it’s certainly worth the $2.99 asking price. The question you’ll have to answer is whether it seems like a fun timekiller.

A classic plateformer with some mouse controls you'll unlock as the game goes to diversify the gameplay. It's not the more complex or challenging game you'll find on steam, but still, I find it pretty pleasant to play. The story and visuals are simple but cute. Also, I really recommend to try the speedrun achievements, they aren't unforgiving and the game is really fun when you play on a timer.
👍
Muy bueno, altamente recomendado, es relajante, tiene una música que acompaña a esa sensación y desde ya que la interfaz no queda atrás.
This works so much better with a keyboard and mouse than it ever did with the Wiimote. Cute little Grecian-inspired gem/light physics puzzle platformer. Has some good ideas and an attractive low poly aesthetic. Unfortunately lacks the variety and polish to be a true masterpiece (am I the only one that feels like the cursor aim is a little off?), feeling more like the beginnings of something great than anything else, but if you want an indie Kid Icarus that feels a bit like Journey, this one isn't a bad option if you've already played Owlboy. A bit of replay value too, if you like time trials. Personally those stress me out in any game, so I'm not sure I can be bothered to do them all, but they are an option worth noting. A nifty little platformer. I like how the mouse controls are implemented into a side-scrolling platformer. So you can interact with the environment. ---{ Gameplay }--- Peak Great X Good Meh Watch water come a to boil instead Makes your body convulse ---{ Graphics }--- This is reality Beautiful X Good Mid Bad MS-DOS Eyes Bleed ---{ Audio }--- Transcendent Great X Good Mid Bad I am now deaf ---{ Computer Specs }--- Check if you can run Paint X Potato Decent Fast Rich boi Ask NASA if they have a spare computer ---{ Difficulty }--- Just press 'W' Easy X Normal Significant Effort Sifu NES Hard ---{ Story }--- No Story Bad X Minimal Average Good Great It'll change your life ---{ Game Time }--- Long enough for a cup of coffee X Short Average Long To infinity and beyond ---{ Bang For Your Buck }--- It's free! A hidden gem. This is a port of an old WiiWare game. How odd to find it ported to Windows but seeing how it controls, it makes total sense. The filler plot is that you are Nyx and you have to find Icarus, that's it. There's a couple of cutscenes about ancient Greece, but nothing crucial. The game plays as a classic 2d platformer across 12 levels + 1 secret level if you find all 20 hidden relics. You can jump and glide at first, but more powers are unlocked as you progress including attacking with a ray and moving small blocks and stones. There's a minimal puzzle element like guiding a fire to a statue to unlock a door, or pile a couple of blocks to reach higher places. The core of the game is still typical platforming challenges with varied enemies and obstacles in the way. It's not a hard game, nor long. Expect 3 hours to complete the game, plus 3 more hours for all time challenges and secrets. The game most interesting level is the infamous Argos level where a big eye in the background will kill you if it sees you. Hence, you have to hide in the scenery each time the eye opens, a cool mechanic that would be seen a lot more in other future famous games. The game was developed by a spanish team, and according to different publications, they tend to think it's one of the best games ever created in their country. Your mileage may vary. The game is fun while it lasts, don't expect any original challenges nor incredible level design. It's just ok while it lasts.
Kind of physics based precision platformer where you control your hero (Nyx) with keyboard and alter enviroment with mouse (at the same time). It is a great concept/idea and it's charming, but execution is rough and has not aged well.
