almost 3 years later and they still havent fixed some of the most basic issues of this game
My only complaint for this game is that it has the atmosphere to a T. But lacks in depth in the survival field. Example: If you're like me and enjoy Jhon Carpenters The Thing you really love the uncertainty and the horror it brings. Now for solo i don't expect that to be met because how can it if we're being real. However, when i have to rely on 1 to 2 bottles of pain killers to stave off the cold more often than not because not even Lighting Myself On Fire helps me from freezing to death. How can you truly enjoy the long challenging run on Nuclear Nightmare solo. A simple fix would Heat Packs or Hand Warmers that give you a plus 20 to 30 to temperature. ooor let more buildings that are sealed and have power running to them like 2 next to a hele pad in the first map. The game would already be 10x better. Also, something massively missed. Take this idea and put it inside?!?!?!?! I know crazy. But i think many can agree that if we had a single map that focused on being inside or even with a combination of both with a massive courtyard it would significantly help solo play since it would give a setting where you don't feel that the lack of another person is significant set back just an extension of the work needed like solo doing an easter egg of COD Zombies. Difficult but possible with some attempts. I don't feel like having to learn the map like the back of my hand because hypothermia has a higher chance of killing me than the monster does on harder difficulties and the ability to roam during the day
My friend gifted me this game for us to play together, and the result is we have ♥♥♥♥ for brains. Hoping the dumbest person in the world doesn't die so we don't have to be the next in position. When I argue with a fool, I just proved there are two. We both love arguing.
Nobody will read my review so I will eat 3 tablespoon of mustard for every like this gets.
Когда рация твоего друга обрывается посреди крика, а из темноты начинает доноситься тяжелое дыхание -- Ради таких эмоций кооперативные хорроры и покупаются.
It's literally a dollar fifty CAD right now, buy the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game
The game is great fun, a little rough around the edges and the audio can be impossibly loud at time but ive had an absolute blast playing the game.
Great game for early access! Enjoy playing this with a decent group size mainly, night never gets less terrifying. Love the fear that the game instills as the power goes out or when entering a dark and quiet room. Would love to see this game be VR combatable some day, I would 1000% need a fresh set of underwear for each round. Potential is there still some bugs here and there and does look a little silly at times, but sometimes make it more enjoyable
honestly i would not recomenmd this game. it's buggy, theres not much content and most of the time you don't know what is going on. The main menu is janky as hell and the party system kinda works (my game kept crashing when accepting game invites)
Game is cool and is worth 1$ but above that don't buy this, the maps are just kinda gross with there being pits with no killboxes and issues with the collisions, which compounds to make vehicles be pretty iffy to use. The graphics are also pretty bad, being an unreal game the lighting looks real gross. The animations are all asset flipped and not fitted to the models, the camera is locked on the head for the miximo animations which causes the camera to spas out and clip into the models a lot, and overall causes everything to look pretty gross. Overall the game is fine when its on sale for a dollar but above that its not worth your cash, it just doesnt have the effort put into the visuals and animations, the maps are just not really the best they could be and the UI is just really iffy. If the game had less asset flip and more original design this could be super fire given the current game is still pretty decent to play.
