About
Build on its back and carry your home across the world. Fight, gather resources, and upgrade your gear, magic, and base as you go.
Notmads is an open world action RPG with fast-paced combat, building, and loot. Play in first or third person as your base moves with you.

Your beast carries your home across the world. You can stay with it or move ahead on your own when needed. It stays with you, and you can explore on your own whenever you want.

Your home is more than a shelter. Powered by its core, it lets you build magical stations, refine materials, and shape your setup as you go. Add utilities and defensive towers to turn it into a moving fortress.

You gather resources through your Magical Beam, not axes or pickaxes. Improve it over time, unlock new ways to gather, and use the materials you find to refine resources, brew potions, combine gear, and improve your setup.

You are a mage, but you are not locked into one path. Focus on one style or mix different ones. Use fire, frost, lightning, arcane power, or physical strength, and find spells with different tiers, stats, and variations. Your gear, perks, and choices define how you fight.

The world is handcrafted and meant to be explored at your own pace. You will come across towns, caves, camps, and hidden places, always looking for better loot, new materials, and the next step forward.

Play solo or with up to 5 players online. Share the same living beast, build on the same moving home, explore together, and progress in a shared world.

The developers of Notmads are creating a project that demonstrates a high level of intent and scale. To play the game is to observe how the mechanics work together. In this game a player builds and develops a base on top of a living creature as it travels through the environment. By its current status, the game is in Early Access but the fundamental cycle of play provides consistent engagement. It is possible that the game will expand if the developers add more systems, locations plus tasks as they have described. For the future the plan includes more islands, mechanics and regions. With the information provided by the developers, the game will grow during the Early Access period. As it exists now the software functions effectively. On the topic of cost, the price of the game is scheduled to rise during Early Access and again at the final release. If a person buys the game now, the cost is lower than it will be when the game contains more features. To those who prefer open world RPGs, survival mechanics but also cooperative play, this project is relevant. There is a large capacity for growth in this title.
Honestly a great game heaps of potential, the only things I have really found frustrating is the pathfinding of the beast when you give it directions on the map the poor thing can't work out it's lefts and rights sometimes and that in build mode it doesn't link to your storage chests nor can you access your stroage chests while in build mode, having to swap back if I run out of a resource just to go into a chest grab one thing then swap back into build mode for someone that enjoys building and will spend hours doing it gets a tad frustrating unless I'm just missing the thing that gives me that then I take it all back.
If you're looking for an adventure experience with a magic-based combat system, building, and exploration, Notmads offers just that. And let's not forget its mobile home system, which brings a fresh twist to the genre. However, it's true that gameplay systems like combat, the passive skill tree, and progression need refinement. Despite being in Early Access, the game receives updates almost daily, polishing and adjusting its content based on community feedback.
Amazing game for what they give you. You can tell they've spent a long time creating this and hopefully this game goes viral so more people experience it.
I recently got Notmads and I'm loving it. Zapping enemies with my mage is something that really doesn't get old. It's also great to have the Beast helping the party out and I look forward to customising my moving fortress. Highly recommended game, especially if you love playing coop.
I played for 14 hours game suddenly cashes and my character is gone... total waste of time unless you want to hate your life.... In my opinion this was released too early I'd rather wait 4 months longer than contemplating now if i should ever pick it up again bc i have to do everthing again... Cute but needs a lot of work
Juegazo!
