Northern Lights

Viewed with the HTC Vive, Wonderful VR Music Video, Graphics are excellent. Short VR Music Video but very well made, Wish it had lasted longer. Thank you very much.

"Northern Lights" is not a game, it's basically a weird music video that you can look at with a VR headset on. You get propelled through a crappy low quality VR environment while some crappy music plays. That's all there is to this... no gameplay, not a game, and thus cannot be recommended as a game to gamers.

Northern Lights is a Free VR experience that is a music video in 4D. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. The music was nice and the 3D map looked cool. You can also played this without a VR HMD, on your display and use your mouse to change your point of view. When i tried this with VR on, i thought i would get motion sick but strangely i did not. You are moving on rails through the map at a smooth pace. Try it, if you like electronic music videos

A very short seated VR experience that doesn't require headtracking but supports it. Music ain't no Apex Twins but both the visuals and music are good enough to justify checking out this little ride.

Ein VR-Musikvideo? Sowas soll es wohl sein. Und warum nicht? Genaugenommen bräuchte ich davon mehr. In irgendeine Ecke setzen oder besser legen, Musik hören und dabei chillig durch die Gegend reisen (ohne auch nur einen Finger krümmen zu müssen), während ein lauer Sommerwind durch das Zimmer streift. Aber leider dauerte diese Erfahrung nur ca. 5 min. Musik - elektronisch, mir hat sie gefallen. Welt - eine Art tech Umgebung auf einem anderen Planeten. Nur, siehe oben: viel zu kurz (was durchaus als Kompliment zu verstehen ist, also gerne mehr davon. Der nächste Sommer wird kommen...).

Worth the download. Decent electronic music. Simple, but well-designed other-worldly environment. It's an on-the-rails trip over a stylized alien island. I'd prefer if the viewer faced the direction of travel, instead of being permanently oriented in one direction. Otherwise, I have no complaints. It was enjoyable.
