Noir Syndrome is a procedurally generated Detective Murder-Mystery with a new story every time! Featuring slick pixel art animations and a jazzy soundtrack, the player is thrown right in to a highly stylized vision of film noir.

I like the main characters hat.
This game has a syndrome alright
I remember wanting to enjoy this game when I played it a long time ago, but I just found it disappointing and lacking. I like the noir and pixel aesthetics. The procedurally generated elements hold the game back more than they help it. Runs can be quite short and I felt like I had seen most of the content fairly quickly.
This game has a very cool concept. Not much story or progression (rouge-like) but the gameplay is very fun i hope this procedural detective concept can be improved even further by other games. note: I recommend this game for mobile devices that is where i play this game most. Because of this the playtime currently shown for my profile of 0.9 is inaccurate I would estimate it is closer to 7 hours or more if you include mobile playtime.
This game gives me a solid puzzle to play when I don't have time to sit down for hours and play another game. Each mystery is about 15 minutes long, and there is usually a bonus challange you can try, make so much money, use so many lockpicks, etc. It's got a swanky soundtrack. Also there is not much handholding which I respect. I had to figure out a lot of the mechanics by playing through a few times. I recommend figuring them out instead of looking them up. Unfortunately each mystery is the same even if the culprit is always different. In one game mode, one of the houseguests did it. In the other, an occult serial killer is on the loose. Almost every clue is binary, and from there it's process of elimination. The killer is a poet or artist, an artist or chef etc, a cop or a civilian, a civilian or a mobster, a woman's fingerprints, etc. Suspects give you tips on people or locations. They have no individual personalities themselves, and you don't question them. So gameplay is limited, and it feels more like a logic puzzle game than a full fledged mystery with characters and a plot driving the puzzle. Worth getting for a couple of hours of fun, and maybe complete the achievements. Characters will try to shoot you through walls and doors, otherwise i've had no problems with bugs.
good and challenging makes you feel like a detective, I guess
Each scenario takes 5 minutes or less, and there's a lot of things to do in the meantime. Very lightweight, genuinely fun, an excellent music. It's perfect for winding down in the evening.
pixel grafik oyunları pek sevmem ama konusu fena değil dedektiflik yapıyoruz oynanış biraz yavaş kaçıyor ama dara düşerseniz oynanır öyle diyim
super fun and easy to play, while being different every time you play!
one of the top 3 best detective games i've ever played.
