The third game in the series, also made with RPGMaker. Compared to the previous ones, the main story here just isnt as clear or compelling, but its got a bunch of extra side quests that feel like padding. Its definitely not for everyone.

Guys, this completes the prologue and unlocks “Planetfall.” It’s immediately clear this is a small indie retro RPG: limited scope, simple presentation, and a focus on navigation and interaction rather than complexity or spectacle. The 5% achievement rate for “Planetfall” suggests most players don’t make it past the opening sequence. That said, the players who do spend enough time with it leave it "very positive" in reviews, which points to a strong reception among those who actually engage with it beyond the start. It may be worth sticking with it through the first 10 to 15 minutes, even if you briefly get stuck finding the correct terminal or miss a crew interaction. Yes, the opening is easy to bounce off, but it’s also the point where the game begins to settle into its intended rhythm. Overall, it feels like a game many people briefly try, fewer continue, and those who do tend to appreciate it. I like to try out as many games as possible. I'm half an hour in. There's nothing obviously wrong with this game for the price. The retro style even makes it lightning quick to get started and download. I even find the music very pleasant and relaxing. I am happy to chill here for a while. I have to choose between recommend and not recommend, so yes I recommend. Just get past planet fall before you switch it off.
