Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 8.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Nobody Wants to Die was honestly a really interesting experience. I went into it mostly blind, and I ended up really enjoying the story, atmosphere, and the whole detective/mystery aspect of the game. The thing that impressed me the most was the atmosphere. The futuristic New York setting looks absolutely incredible, and the game does a great job of making everything feel dark, depressing and mysterious. The graphics are beautiful too, especially the lighting and environments. It really feels like you're walking through a dystopian city where something is always wrong. The investigation gameplay was also pretty fun. I liked looking for clues, putting things together and slowly figuring out what was actually happening. It's not some super complicated detective simulator, but it works really well with the story. I also really liked that my choices actually felt important. I chose the peace path, and honestly, I'm happy with that decision. It felt like the ending I wanted for my version of the story, even though I can definitely see why someone would choose differently. The story itself kept me interested from beginning to end. There were definitely moments where I was confused about what was going on, but in a good way. It made me want to keep playing because I wanted answers. My only real complaint is that I wish the game was longer. I feel like there was so much potential with this world and its characters that I would've happily played several more hours. Overall, Nobody Wants to Die is a really good narrative detective game with an amazing atmosphere, beautiful visuals and a story that actually made me care about the choices I was making. Definitely worth playing if you enjoy story-driven games, detective games and dystopian/sci-fi settings.
Loved it. The atmosphere, dialogue, voice acting, music, storytelling, and worldbuilding were all wonderfully done. Cyberpunk Noir is a genre I didn't know I needed, and now I want more. My ONLY gripe is that on occasion the dialogue can be a bit disjointed, which can definitely take you out of it a little bit, but that's it. My advice going into it: Set aside a couple hours to just sit and sink into the story - grab a cozy drink and maybe a snack - heck, make some popcorn. It's only about 1 hour and 50min give or take. And really think about your decisions because those decisions will impact not only your narrative experience, but also the ending you'll inevitably set yourself up for. P.s. Be careful around crime scenes and reconstruction because it is possible to soft-lock yourself. Fortunately this game autosaves quite frequently, so even if you do it isn't that big of a deal. We definitely need more games like this.
Interesting premise. Enjoyable ambiance. Recommend buy on sale.
A simple, short and an amazing experience. A compelling story, which reminds me of my love for the show Altered Carbon (S01 only) and incredible intriguing visuals which put into perspective the sheer darkness of a cyberpunk/neo noir world. Some of the scenes were breathtaking, especially chapters around the apartments and the car where you could see how complex the city is.
Its one of those rare games where i got fooled into believing that the right choices where in fact the bad ones. The detective aspect of this game is what lead me astray, i was looking for answers too hard to find the truth that was just plain in sight, as id put it: it was a "me" problem all along (without spoiling anything) A must try for the ppl wanting a good story.
Sehr nice Story!
