One of my favorite games ever. It may not really be much, especially compared to other game, but it was my childhood, and I'll forever thank the devs for making it. <3
It's been 10 years and I can finally play this. Not because I was waiting for a sale, but because I'm finally old enough to afford it. The game is great though. The guy keeps yelling for help all the time and it's honestly annoying. I don't get people who want the game to be cheaper or even free. The developers clearly put a lot of effort into it, and it was worth it.

No Time To Explain Remastered is an energetic and unapologetically absurd platformer that takes a simple joke and stretches it into a wildly entertaining adventure. Developed and published by tinyBuild, the game begins with one of the most memorable openings in indie gaming: a future version of the protagonist suddenly bursts into the room, urgently declaring that there is no time to explain before being abducted by a giant crab. Instead of slowing down to provide context, the game embraces the chaos and launches players into a nonstop journey through bizarre dimensions, alternate timelines, and increasingly ridiculous situations. The heart of the experience revolves around a unique movement system powered by futuristic weapons. Rather than serving only as tools for combat, these weapons generate powerful recoil that can launch the player across levels. This mechanic transforms traditional platforming into a physics-driven challenge where momentum, timing, and experimentation are essential. Traversing environments becomes just as important as defeating enemies, and mastering the recoil-based movement creates a rewarding sense of progression. What initially feels unusual gradually becomes second nature, allowing players to perform impressive aerial maneuvers and navigate complex obstacles with precision. One of the game's greatest strengths is its constant variety. Every new area introduces fresh mechanics, unusual hazards, or alternate versions of the protagonist equipped with different gadgets. The campaign rarely relies on repetition, instead choosing to surprise players with inventive twists at every opportunity. Whether navigating dangerous environments, escaping strange creatures, or engaging in eccentric boss encounters, the game continually finds ways to keep its momentum alive. This design philosophy prevents the adventure from becoming predictable and ensures that each stage offers something distinct. The humor is another major highlight. No Time To Explain Remastered thrives on randomness, self-aware jokes, and over-the-top situations. The story intentionally avoids logical explanations, turning confusion into part of the entertainment. Giant crabs, time paradoxes, ridiculous alternate realities, and bizarre character interactions create an experience that feels like a playable comedy sketch. The writing is fast-paced and deliberately nonsensical, appealing most strongly to players who appreciate absurd humor and internet-inspired comedy. While some may find the randomness excessive, others will enjoy how fearlessly the game commits to its outrageous premise. Visually, the remaster represents a significant improvement over the original release. The rebuilt presentation delivers cleaner graphics, smoother animations, and a more polished overall experience. Bright environments and exaggerated character designs complement the game's comedic tone, while energetic music helps maintain excitement during platforming challenges and boss fights. The voice work also contributes to the game's charm, enhancing the comedic timing and helping bring the strange cast of characters to life. Beyond the main story, the game includes several features that add replay value. Hidden collectibles encourage exploration, rewarding players who revisit stages and search every corner. Local multiplayer offers an additional source of entertainment for friends looking to share the chaos together. The inclusion of a level editor further extends the game's lifespan by allowing players to design and experience custom content, giving the community opportunities to create challenges beyond those found in the campaign itself. Despite its many strengths, the game is not perfect. Some sections can become frustrating due to the precision required by the movement mechanics, particularly for players unfamiliar with physics-based platformers. Certain challenges rely heavily on trial and error, which may occasionally interrupt the pacing. Additionally, the game's comedic style is highly specific and may not resonate with everyone. Those looking for a coherent narrative or a more serious adventure may find the constant absurdity overwhelming. However, these shortcomings are largely outweighed by the creativity and enthusiasm present throughout the experience. Ultimately, No Time To Explain Remastered succeeds because it fully embraces its own ridiculous identity. Rather than trying to fit within the boundaries of a conventional platformer, it combines inventive movement systems, relentless humor, imaginative level design, and a steady stream of surprises into a memorable package. It remains a standout example of how indie developers can take a simple concept and transform it into something uniquely entertaining. For players seeking a platformer that values creativity and comedy as much as challenge, this remaster offers a fun and distinctive adventure that remains enjoyable years after its release. Rating: 8/10
love it and hate it at the same time this game is like a fever dream its like back to the future but if the main character was high on crack the game is called no time to explain BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING TO EXPLAIN NO ONE CAN LITERALLY EXPLAIN WHAT TO THE ACTUAL F#CK IS HAPPENING IN THIS
i am now me in the future here to say this game was alright
Surprisingly good. Missed a gem for such a long time.
classic
Бредово, стремительно, мучительно, но классно
