Only 30 minutes long to completely beat it. It would make an excellent intro to a much larger game. Buy on a pretty decent sale.

Ninja Infiltration, developed by OneCoin and published by Saikey Studios, is a mature visual novel–driven RPG that blends narrative-heavy storytelling with light turn-based mechanics. Framed around a covert ninja mission steeped in intrigue and temptation, the game leans far more into character drama and branching outcomes than traditional action gameplay. Its structure reflects a hybrid identity: part visual novel, part resource-management RPG, and fully committed to its adult thematic focus. The story centers on Ayame, a trained kunoichi sent on a dangerous infiltration mission into enemy territory. Disguised and operating under false pretenses, she must gather intelligence while navigating both political manipulation and personal vulnerability. The narrative unfolds across multiple chapters, gradually increasing tension as Ayame encounters adversaries who test her resolve in both physical and psychological ways. Dialogue choices and branching paths give the player agency over her fate, shaping not only mission outcomes but also the direction of her character arc. Gameplay is structured primarily around visual novel sequences. Players progress by reading dialogue, making decisions, and interacting with story events that determine future encounters. While the majority of playtime focuses on narrative development, combat sequences interrupt the flow at key moments. These turn-based battles are not traditional sword-fighting encounters; instead, they revolve around managing Ayame’s Willpower resource, which represents her mental and emotional resistance. Tactical choices during these sequences determine whether she maintains control or succumbs to external pressures, influencing both immediate outcomes and long-term story branches. Mechanically, the RPG systems are relatively simple. Combat lacks deep customization or layered skill trees, instead offering straightforward choices that prioritize narrative consequence over strategic complexity. While this simplicity ensures accessibility, it also limits replay depth for players seeking intricate gameplay systems. However, the design intentionally places story and emotional stakes above mechanical mastery, reinforcing the visual novel foundation. Visually, Ninja Infiltration adopts a polished anime-inspired aesthetic. Character sprites are expressive, with detailed illustrations that highlight emotional shifts and narrative tone. Background environments reinforce the feudal infiltration setting, blending traditional Japanese architecture with dramatic lighting to emphasize secrecy and danger. The art direction aligns closely with the genre’s expectations, delivering high-quality character designs that are central to its appeal. The game’s adult content is explicit and central to its identity. Rather than serving as optional or peripheral material, mature themes are integrated directly into both story and gameplay mechanics. This focus defines its audience and positions it firmly within the adult visual novel niche. For players who appreciate narrative-driven mature content, the integration feels cohesive. For others, the thematic emphasis may overshadow interest in the gameplay systems. Sound design supports the atmosphere with subtle background music and situational effects that enhance immersion without overpowering dialogue. Voice acting is limited or absent, keeping the emphasis on text-driven storytelling. The Reminiscence Room feature allows players to revisit unlocked scenes, encouraging exploration of alternate outcomes and branching decisions after completing chapters. Replayability stems primarily from multiple endings and branching narrative routes rather than mechanical variation. Different dialogue choices and combat decisions can lead to divergent story conclusions, motivating players to experiment with alternate approaches. However, outside of narrative variation, the core gameplay loop remains consistent across runs. Ultimately, Ninja Infiltration is a focused, story-first adult RPG that emphasizes character-driven tension over action-oriented systems. Its strengths lie in its branching narrative structure, anime-styled presentation, and willingness to center mature themes within gameplay mechanics. While its combat depth and progression systems remain modest, it succeeds in delivering a cohesive experience tailored to its intended audience. For players seeking an adult visual novel with light RPG elements and multiple story outcomes, it offers a structured and immersive journey into intrigue and temptation. Rating: 5/10
Yes.
就4个CG,太不值了
还行吧,不过体量较小,主要是主角长得好看所以CG还行。
知道人中之龙吗?我的意思是它史中之史。流程极短,RPG部分几乎为零。配音也没一个,就几个文字。
too short but I pretty like this dev style....
I have RPG Maker softwares myself but I am terrible with art. So as far as the art goes, I guess it's okay. I can't recommend this because the playtime is 25 minutes and the story is made for teens. Nonetheless, it has potential. Would have been nice if there was an actual combat system where you can feel you're a ninja, then maybe have the resistance and senses mechanic as a minigame during groping scenes. It doesn't make sense to show the character as a ninja and don't make it feel like she's a ninja. (I understand there's a cut scene but it would have been nice to allow the character to at least have a taste of combat) The text style is also as if it's a chat message and looks as if there was no love put into it. So my overall take, this is just a Visual Novel in the form of RPG Maker. Can't complain because you can literally finish the game and achievements in 20-30 minutes.
好短啊20分钟之内就能打完
