Aside from being a super easy perfect this clunky pile of crap doesn't really have anything going for it. It's super short, not really funny, and riddled with issues and lag.
GOOD NINJA GAME
This is a good ninja game where you play as a ninja called ninja guy and he needs to defeat a powerful Minotaur and in the game ninja guy can use multiple attacks it is throwing star and ninja guy can do a spinning charge and ninja guy has a blue bar that its like an energy bar to and this bar goes down when you use attacks and the blue bar is alongside a green health bar and in the game are lives when you run out of lives you need to restart the level you are currently in from the beginning and in the game are coins around the levels and when you collect 100 coins you gain a 1 live and on the levels are heart items and when you pick up a heart item you will gain a 1 life I think it is a fun and good ninja game and with it has fun levels and nice gameplay. Thanks for reading.
Ninja Guy is a 3D 'platforming' and hack and slash game. The controls are extremely painful and clunky. By default on keyboard you're expected to attack with 'ENTER', use ninja stars with '/' and whirlwind with 'RIGHT SHIFT'. You can modify the controls when you open the game from Steam, but that doesn't make the movements of the character and the sluggish attacks any better. As for the music and sounds, the music was actually alright, but what the heck the sound effects! They're literally all the same noise whether it's for menus or coins, a noise 99% similar to something from an old Zelda game. The graphics are not pretty to look at and the animations are even worse. As for the gameplay and the bugs, they're not any better. Restarting a level caught me in an endless loop, I fell through a hole in the map on the first boss after the cutscene ended, I got attacked by a boss mid-cutscene, I had weird camera angles (that are locked!) throughout the whole game, stunned forever in a group of mobs with no energy until you die... No thank you! On a final note, the writing is terrible. The ninja character is misogynist, racist, rude and obnoxious. The jokes are all racist, the voice actors clearly went out of their way to sound like stereotypical racist asian/indian characters, it was painful to read and listen to. Overall, not worth it in a million years. It's wonky, racist and buggy.
Ninja guy isn't just a game, it's more then that.
I've been going through the games in my list that I got from bundles years ago recently and wow, I don't even know where to start. This one gets the honor of being the strangest one yet. It's the barebones of a hack 'n' slash game with only three basic close-range attacks and a ranged shuriken attack. Its story is nonexistent, the graphics look ugly, the voice acting is horrendous, and the soundtrack is bad. The only redeeming quality is how easy it is to get a 100% completion rate. Even with Arena Mode, it took me about an hour to do everything the game offers. It's originally a mobile game apparently, and boy, oh boy... even the infamous mobile games that we bash for simply being a mobile game aren't this bad. I mean, if this was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ attempt, I give them an A for effort, but if not, the devs must be very, very sad individuals to come up with something like this. Only grab it if you're looking to 100% something real quick. Hell, unless you haven't already got it from a bundle years ago, don't even bother.
If you are somehow able to overlook the racially stereotypical characters and the horrible camera angles, you'll be rewarded with repetitive hoard battles and cheesy bosses. The story is short and filled with one dimensional characters. The arena mode provides some replayability but it won't be much. It might be worth a try for the price for some people but it wasn't really enjoyable. Overall, I can't really recommend the game because it is bare bones and superficial; your money is better spent elsewhere.
