Nine Sols is a lore rich, hand-drawn 2D action-platformer featuring Sekiro-inspired deflection focused combat. Embark on a journey of eastern fantasy, explore the land once home to an ancient alien race, and follow a vengeful hero’s quest to slay the 9 Sols, formidable rulers of this forsaken realm.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 36.29/day in the week to Jul 24 → 46.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Похоже оккупация Японией не прошла даром, авторы неплохо повторяют успехи отряда 731, в некоторые моменты они даже переплюнули маэстро Миядзаки
Nine Sols is commonly described as the lovechild of Hollow Knight and Sekiro, and while I think it takes after the latter far more, that description gives a decent idea of what you can expect from Nine Sols. Similarly to Hollow Knight, it features a metroidvania style world that opens up further the more abilities you get, as well as a hand-drawn-style world that captured my attention from the get-go. Like Sekiro, it features parry-focused, high-intensity combat, and some of the best bosses in any metroidvania (and arguably any soulslike as well). There are a few things to be aware of, however. Firstly, while it is a metroidvania, it's not the strongest metroidvania out there. Nine Sols' greatest strength is its combat and bosses, with the metroidvania component being good but not great. Secondly, Nine Sols is hard. And while that's typically a no-brainer for a souls-like, its bosses (especially in the second half of the game) are substantially more difficult than that of the average metroidvania. So while souls veterans might not find the difficulty too unreasonable, those coming solely for a good metroidvania should be aware of the difficulty before selecting "standard mode," ESPECIALLY if your goal is to achieve the true ending. Overall, I think Nine Sols is an excellent game, taking the strengths of Sekiro and putting them into a 2D Metroidvania world full of wonderful art and amazing bosses, and I HIGHLY recommend for fans of soulslikes and metroidvanias, especially those who enjoy a serious challenge.

This was one of the most challenging games I’ve ever played. It was at times extremely frustrating, but in the same breath, I’ve got to say I didn’t want to stop playing it. You’ll go from thinking boss fights are damn near impossible, and dying a lot, to finishing the fight with perfect blocks and virtually no damage. There’s a learning curve for every single one that will test your patience and bring you to the brink of rage. Think I’m joking? I’m not. I seriously contemplated not recommending this game, but that would seem foolish since I dedicated so much time to getting through it. Every challenge is hard won, but you’ll feel like you actually accomplished something when you get the W. That being said this game definitely isn’t for everyone . IT IS VERY HARD. If you want something that you can casually play and kind of just go “autopilot” I would choose something else. If you love Metroidvanias and want to participate in one of the most challenging games in the genre, then this is for you.
20/10 y god
10/10 would parry again
Добавив пейри с узким таймингом и построив на этом боёвку, вы не сделаете секиро-лайк. Вы получите суходроч Большой фанат секиро, но это не зашло вообще
Very well made. A good, mildly tragic story, fun little characters, great art, and gameplay smooth as a baby's ass.
別に難易度高いのは全然いいんだけど、ボス戦で死んだときにわざわざボス戦の最中にロストを拾わないといけないのがゴミ あとボスのムービーは2回目以降いらん ガチでテンポ悪い
fantastico
